The recall includes Target's "Back Trails Jr." brand toddler, youth and child bicycle helmets sold in various colors. They were manufactured after January 1, 2004. Helmet model numbers: 89888 or 88003 (toddler), 89951 or 88001 (girl's 8-vent youth), 89952 or 88002 (boy's 8-vent youth), or 89917 (14-vent child's) appear on a white label inside the helmets, along with date of manufacture (YYYY/MM/DD) and the words "Made in China." Target product identification numbers: 082-01-0520 (toddler), 082-01-0149 (girl's 8-vent youth), 082-01-0189 (boy's 8-vent youth), and 082-01-0334 (14-vent child's) and the brand name "back trails jr.," appear on the product packaging. The floor map game consists of a 6-foot by 5.5-foot vinyl Maptangle™ floor mat that has various multicolored geographic locations and landmarks painted on the floor mat and a set of 103 playing cards consisting of corresponding geographic locations and landmarks. The object of the game is for a team of players to locate, and place their feet on all of the landmarks and geographic locations. The game is age-graded for children 7 years and up. This recall pertains only to the floor mat, and does not include any other components of the game. Floor mat map games with manufacture date codes are not subject to this recall. Read more.

Jenn-Air Outdoor Gas Grill Model Number 720-0100 NG, an outdoor gas grill with four main burners, a side burner and a rotisserie burner. It is made of stainless steel and is used with natural gas. Model numbers are located on the back panel of the grill. The brand name "Jenn-Air" is on a plate on the grill lid. Read more.

These 5-foot-tall Tiki® bamboo torches consist of a bamboo pole with a weaved basket at the top and a metal flame guard, which is a circular black piece that holds the wick in place and attaches to the fuel canister. The recall includes the Tiki® Beachcomber, Seagrass and Sandpiper model torches. The recall also involves replacement canisters that have the metal flame guards. Recalled units have the following UPC numbers: 086861010372 (Beachcomber), 086861013335 (Seagrass), 086861010457 (Sandpiper) and 076354995262 (Replacement Canister). The UPC number and the model name are written on the packaging or attached tag. Read more.

The recalled slings are made of 100-percent cotton fabric or 97 percent cotton/ 3 percent Lycra with two pieces of webbing holding the rings to the fabric. Solid natural color and five prints (Splash, Pink and Black Stripe, Pink and Brown Stripe, Pink Punch and The Hamptons) make up the lots included in the recall. A large white label sewn on the pocket of the slings reads "Zolo." ZoloWear slings should have three rows of stitching securing the webbing and fabric together. Some of the slings in these lots have short webbing, so only one row of stitching holds the webbing in place. Read more.

The recall includes toy boxes with manufacture date codes between November 2002 and July 2004 and the following model numbers and colors: 01520-331 – white, 01520-334 – cherry, 01520-33C – cognac, 01520-33L – oak, and 01520-33N - natural. The manufacture date codes, model numbers, and colors are located on a label underneath the toy boxes. The toy boxes measure 27-inches long by 18-inches wide and 17-inches high. The carafe is a 10-cup capacity glass pot with a black, plastic handle. It is used with the West Bend Housewares 10-cup Automatic Coffeemaker (item # 56870). The 10-cup replacement carafe was sold separately (item # 5815). There is a four-digit date code printed on the bottom of the coffeemaker. Date codes beginning with 04 are included in this recall. GeoDeck™ is a composite decking product that looks similar to natural wood and is sold in three colors including: driftwood, cedar and mahogany. The decking materials were manufactured between April 2002 and October 2003. The stool is marketed under the brand name of GardenWood Furniture. The recalled pub stools include the Chelsea Pub Stools model numbers 986W and 986KFRS as indicated on the outside of the box.. Both stools are constructed with wood legs, seats, and back-rests. Seat height is 30 inches and was sold both unfinished (W) as well as in a clear, penetrating oil finish (KFRS). This recall involves Torelli Verona and Lugano Open Tubular bicycle tires with folding Kevlar beads, used to hold the tire to the rim. A red and white label on the sidewall of the Verona model has "Torelli Verona 700 X 23 100-130 psi Handmade Open Tubular" printed on it. A green and white label on the lowed edge of the Lugano model has "Torelli Lugano 700 X 23 100-130 psi Handmade Open Tubular" printed on it. The tires are packaged in red and white boxes with the Torelli logo on the front. Read more.

The 14.4 Volt units have part number CDD14438 or CDD14438-Kit and the 18.0 Volt units have Part Number CDD18012 or CDD18012-KIT. The part number can be found on the side of the drill near the logo. This recall includes the Caroline Flower Baby Sandal with SKU number 140002069 sold in sizes 1 to 8. The SKU number is printed on the price tag above the bar code. The sandal has a white upper sole and a cork covered outer sole. A white decorative plastic flower is attached to the top of the front strap. The front and back strap have adjustable touch fasteners. The recall involves Holmes® models HFH6498-U, HFH6500-U and HFH6500TG-U and Bionaire® model BFH3530-U. The recalled heaters also have date codes beginning with 2604 through 3804 for all units, except for Holmes® model 6500TG-U, which has date codes ranging from 2604 through 4704. The model and date code can be found on the silver label on the back of the unit. The heater fans are 26 inches tall; come in all gray, two-tone gray, or black and gray; and have either the word Holmes® or Bionaire® printed on the front of the base. Read more.

The above wheels were sold by Ritchey as wheel sets and as rear wheel only and as original equipment on 2004 model year Fuji and Motobecane USA bicycles and the 2005 model year Prestige road bike from Raleigh. The recalled wheels have high flange hubs measuring 60-milimeters in diameter and the hub body is straight between the flanges. Read more.

The recalled strollers have an aluminum frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The recalled single seat Speedster Deluxe stroller has model number 20050116 and serial numbers: S2000001D0504 through S2000500D0504 and S2000001D0505 through S2000100D0505. The recalled double seat Speedster Deuce Jogging strollers have model number: 20050216 and serial numbers: S3000001D0504 through S3000300D0504 and S3000001D0505 through S3000075D0505. Each stroller has a tag, located inside the child's seat compartment, which lists the model name and model number. A sticker on the rear frame lists the serial number. Read more.

The recall includes all American Classic aftermarket rear wheels and hubs, as well as the following 2005 bike models which use American Classic rear wheels or hubs: Fuji Team Super Lite (Team SL); Orbea Aletta, Onix, Lobular 50, Dama Race, Mitis and Mitis Dama models; Felt F55 and F2C; Fetish Cycles Road and Mountain Bikes; Argon 18; and Motobecane LeChampion SL. The recalled models were made at the start of January 2005 and the outside of the rear hub shell has a serial number that starts with the letter "S." These are 2004 Epic T60 silver and gray colored treadmills with black handrails. They have model number EPTL81804 on a decal located on the front frame near where the power cord enters the machine. "EPIC T60" is written on the hood of the treadmill. Read more.

The recall includes DESA Heating Products 10,000 Btu Thermostatically Controlled Compact Classic Hearth Fireplaces that burn propane or natural gas. They have the following model names and number: Vanguard (VMH10TPC & VMH10TNC) and FMI (EFS10TPA & EFS10TNA). They have serial numbers between 015200000 and 017400000. The model and serial numbers are on the end of the shipping carton and on the model data tags inside the lower access door of the compact fireplaces. Read more.

The recall involves specific front and rear wheels of TidalForce S-750 High Performance Electric Bicycles. The electric bicycle can travel at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour. The bicycle frame comes in either Candy Apple Red or Silver Satin and has a "TidalForce" sticker on the down tube and an "S-750 High Performance Electric Bicycle" sticker on the top tube. The front wheel assembly contains the battery and the rear wheel assembly contains the motor. A bicycle identification number is located on a white bar coded sticker, on the seat tube of the frame, directly above the front derailleur clamp.
