"Baby 2 Pack" Pacifiers Recalled for Choking Hazard

The recalled pacifiers are rubber nipples attached to a white or light blue plastic guard. The cardboard packaging has a picture of a baby, some toy blocks, a toy train engine and a diaper pin with a bear on it. The pacifiers are sold in packs of two. Writing on the front of the packaging includes, "Baby," "2 pack Pacifiers" and "BI194." The back of the packaging has an American flag and the writing, "AN AMERICAN COMPANY." Read more.

Arctic Cat Inc. Announces Recall of Off-Highway Utility Vehicles

The Prowler XT was produced in three colors: Green, Cat Green and Red. The vehicles have the words "Arctic Cat" printed on each side of the cargo box and the name "Prowler XT" centered on the front of the hood. The affected units are all 2006 Prowler XT vehicles with VIN range of 4UF06MPVO6T300001 through 4UF06MPV16T302369. The VIN is located on the rear upper-frame tube of the vehicle near the rear of the cargo box, and on the registration materials the consumer received at the time of purchase. Consumers need only refer to the last six digits of the VIN to determine if the vehicle is included in this recall. The following model numbers are included in this recall. The fixtures have a heavy-duty aluminum housing with either a white or a dark bronze finish and a glass lens. Their installed width is approximately 13 inches. The two metal frame slingshots being recalled are the Daisy Models ERG-100 and ERG-300, marketed under the name "The Natural." The model number is written on the packaging. These slingshots have an offset fork design, a sling made of bright green tubing with a black leather ammunition pouch and small balls inside the tubing where it connects to the frame. Both models have black plastic handles. The smaller ERG-100 model has the words "Powerline Daisy Mfg. Rogers, AR" on the handle while the same words are found on the adjustable wrist brace of the larger ERG-300 model. This voluntary recall does not apply to Daisy's Powerline Slingshots models F16, B52 and P51, which have yellow tubing. Read more.
