The recall involves 2006 model year TRX450ER and TRX450R ATVs. They are adult-sized ATVs designed for use by riders age 16 and older. The ATVs are available in red or black. This recall involves all electric oil lamps sold by Hong Teng Trading. The packaging states, "LJY" and "Made in China". The white switch on the cord has writing on the back that reads, "TIAO GUANG" and HENG CHANG." They were sold in four styles and various colors. Read more.

This recall involves all scents and colors of Mason Jar Candles in 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 oz. sizes. The size of the candle is specified on the label at the bottom of the jar, on the last line of the label. The recall involves Duplex II 115 VAC Pumps sold as a component of the LeBleu Automatic 50 Gallon Bottled Water System. Model numbers included in this recall are D08X000A and D08X000B. A silver Flojet label that includes the model number is affixed to the front of the pump. The pumps are installed exclusively in 50 gallon bottled water that were sold, installed and maintained by LeBleu Corp. or its licensees. Read more.

The recall includes all Erie Boiler Boss 2400 Operating Controls and Erie Boiler Boss 1200 Boiler Reset Controls. The controls are typically used to cycle the domestic or hydronic water system burner. The control is mounted in an enclosure mounted on or near the boiler. The recalled controls have a nameplate on the front of the enclosure with the system name and model number. A numerical LED display will be part of the nameplate. Affected BB2400 carton labels on uninstalled products will have date codes prior to 0523. Affected BB1200 carton labels on uninstalled controls will have date codes prior to 0647. Candles & Candle Holders

The recalled tea lights were sold as part of the three-piece Glass Candle Holders with Tea Lights Set, item number S106 in the Sally Foster catalog and Web site. The product's packaging was marked "Votive Holders with Tealights-Set of 3" and "Item Number 2006 157." Only the white tea light candles with clear plastic shells are affected. Products delivered after December 8, 2006 included tea lights with metal shells and are not included in this recall. The glass candle holders sold with these tea lights are not subject to the recall and consumers may continue to use them. Read more.

The recall includes 2007 model 90cc DVX youth model ATVs within the VIN range of RFB07ATV07K6F0243 through RFB07ATVX7K6F0752, and 90cc Utility youth model ATVs within the VIN range of RFB07ATV07K6D1367 through RFB07ATVX7K6D2400. The range refers to the last six characters of the VIN. These models are designed for used by operators 12 years old and older. The 90cc DVX model is available in Lime Green or Red, and has the model name DVX 90 on each side of the fuel tank, and Arctic Cat on each side of the seat. The 90cc Utility model is available in Marsh Green or Red, and has the name Arctic Cat on each side of the fuel tank and 90 on each side panel near operator's leg position. Read more.

Model numbers included in the recall include: 3800COU, 3800DRB, 3800FMT, 3800GGG, 3800GRM, 3800HEM, 3800JEN, 3800LEG, 3800MNS, 3800OWD, 3800SND, 3800TFE, 3800RIT, 3803HRL, 3804CNR, 3805BDA, 3810PEW, 3810PST and 3811PST. The highchairs were manufactured from October 27, 2005 through November 22, 2006. The model number and manufacturing date are printed underneath the snack tray of these highchairs. Read more.

The product is the "Heartfelt 3 Glass Pumpkins with Tealights and Garland by Valerie." It consists of three separate glass candle holders of three graduated sizes which are shaped like pumpkins. The recalled products are 2.5 PSI pumps with model numbers 57-1504-A and 57-1504 that are used to inflate low pressure inflatable items such as rafts and toys. The Model No. 57-1504-A pump was sold separately with an assortment of interlocking nozzles to adapt to a number of needs. The Model 57-1504 pump was sold with the Sportsstuff Launch Pod, an inflatable water trampoline sold under Sportsstuff number 58-1002. The model number and the date code "0104" are located on the Underwriters’ Laboratories label on the top of each pump. "2.5 PSI" was not written on the air pump, but was written on the packaging. This recall involves two styles of children's overall sets. One set is a red plaid denim overall with a white shirt trimmed in red, sold in sizes 12 through 24 months.
