This recall involves eight models of Happy Mouth wire mouth bits used with a bridle in horseback riding. The bits involved in this recall have steel braided wire running through the plastic mouthpiece and most with a metal ring on each end. Model numbers included in the recall are 462172SS, 462177SS, 462181SS, 462184SS, 464123SS, 466898SS, 466904SS and 467248SS. Model numbers can be found on a label attached to the product. “Happy Mouth” is engraved on the plastic mouthpiece. Read more.

This recall involves the Imaginarium 5-Sided Activity Center. The multi-sided center has two triangle-shaped ends with a wooden multi-colored xylophone on one and a mirror on the other. The three sides are square-shaped and include moveable block letters, rotating gears and sliding shapes. The name “Imaginarium” appears in a blue, oval-shaped logo underneath the mirror on one end. The second ‘i’ in the logo is dotted with a shooting star. The recalled product has model number 46284; Toys “R” Us item number 295909; and has the barcode number 000799985462841. The model number is printed on the back of the box, directly above the bar code. These numerical markings do not appear on the actual product. Read more.

This recall involves ECHO Bear Cat brand hydraulic log splitter with model numbers LS27270 and LS27270T, with a date code of 012908 stamped on the hydraulic cylinder. The model number is printed on the main beam of the log splitters. The date code is stamped on the hydraulic cylinder near the capped end. The log splitters are black and orange with ECHO Bear Cat printed on the hydraulic cylinder. Read more.

This recall involves three-piece oak table and chair sets. The table is square-shaped with four straight, rectangular legs. The chairs have a white padded cushion seat and a slatted backrest. Both the table and the wooden parts of the chairs are a light pine color. The set has the style number 404285 however this number does not appear anywhere on the set. Read more.

The recalled products are Kitchen Selectives® 6-Speed Blenders, model BL-15. The model number is located on the bottom of the base. The blender consists of a six-inch tall, white electrical base with five, white speed-selector buttons labeled 1 through 5, one gray button labeled "Pulse/Off" and the logo "Kitchen Selectives®" in black letters on the front; a clear plastic pitcher with a handle with U.S. and metric volume measurement markings; a white plastic lid with a removable clear plastic lid stopper; and a white plastic blade assembly with two angled, stainless steel blades. This recall involves Chicago Century Furniture Corp. twin-, full-, queen- and king-size mattresses with the model number “MG006.” The mattresses are 3 inches thick with white and off-white fabric with a tone-on-tone swirl pattern. The model number can be found on a paper tag attached to the foot of the mattress. The words “Century Spring Mattress” appear on a fabric label on the topside near the foot of the mattress. Reflectors marked with a barcoded stamp on their outside surface are not subject this recall. The recall includes reflectors with the following catalogue descriptions: 7080*G, 7081*G, 7280*G, 7281*G, 7380*G, 7381*G, 7780*G, 7781*G, MSP5429*, MSP5443*, OLD-7280KLI4G and 7-inch reflectors with glass lens with the "PDR" (Product Deviation Request or customized product designation) prefix; however, this description does not appear on the product. The defective lid is 11 inches in diameter with a rubber and stainless steel handle and a metal rim. The code “IMCP1108” is stamped on the outside of the metal rim. The lid is part of the 13-Piece Circulon Premier Professional cookware set. The cookware is aluminum and stainless steel with rubber and stainless steel handles. In addition to the covered sauté pan, the sets include: 1-quart and 3-quart saucepans, a 4-quart saucepot, an 8-quart stockpot, 8.5-, 10- and 12-inch French skillets and four additional glass lids. The child-size toy trampolines have a red and blue metal handlebar, a blue nylon deck guard and a black jumping deck. “First Fitness” is embossed on the jumping deck in white letters. The trampolines can be identified by model number FF-6902TR and Toys R Us SKN 491463. The model and store numbers can be found on the lower right corner of the back of the packaging. A sewn-in tag on the bottom of the deck lists the factory date code of five numbers followed by “GLTX.” Read more.

This recall involves boys’ long-sleeved zip-front hooded jackets. The jackets were sold in three colors: army green, aqua green and black and have a fake fur lining. The jackets have one of four designs: the number “2” or the letter “B” embroidered on the left front chest; or the word “ROCK” or “AB Sportwear” embroidered across the chest. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-7 or S, M, and L. Either “SX” or “QH” appears on the label stitched at the neck. The jackets have model numbers: 1006, 1029, 1058 and 1061, however the model number only appears on the original hang tag and not on the product. Read more.

This recall involves all Salsa Minimalist bicycle racks sold after January 2011. The racks are made of tubular aluminum with a black or silver finish, and can be installed on either the front or rear of a bicycle. The recalled bicycle racks have steel mounting brackets, identified as straps, with a single hole in the center used to mount the strap to the bicycle fork. This recall involves 9-inch and 13-inch Kennedy International folding step stools. The step stools are plastic and have a handle for carrying the stools when they are folded. The style number is 3575 for the 9-inch and 3576 for the 13-inch step stools. The style number is printed on a sticker on one of the legs of the stool. "Kennedy Home Collection" is also printed on a label on some of the stools. They were sold in the following colors: blue, green, gray, red, purple, pink, orange, turquoise, aqua, white, plum, orchid, emerald, sapphire, sangria, ocean, sage, fuchsia, lime and various color combinations. A label with the model/item number of the bassinet is located on one of the legs of the metal frame. The recalled bassinets were manufactured from July 2008 through May 2010. The words "Kolcraft Tender Vibes" or "Kolcraft Light Vibes" are located on the removable music box which is attached to the side of the bassinet. Read more.

The recall involves the Sportspower BouncePro 14’ Trampolines with brown mesh netting. UPC codes 68706404210, and 68706404244 are printed on the trampoline box. “Sportspower BouncePro 14” and “TR-14-63-A” are printed on a plate on the leg of the trampoline frame. The trampolines are surrounded by brown netting measuring about 6 feet high on the perimeter of the trampoline. The netting is designed to contain individuals bouncing on the trampoline. Read more.
