The pajamas are 100 percent polyester fleece sold in sizes 12 months to 4T and in boys and girls sizes 6 through 14. “PajamaGram” is printed on the neck tag. The pajamas come in two styles: one-piece hood and feet pajamas, and two-piece sets. This recall involves boys’ long-sleeved zip-front hooded jackets. The jackets were sold in three colors: army green, aqua green and black and have a fake fur lining. The jackets have one of four designs: the number “2” or the letter “B” embroidered on the left front chest; or the word “ROCK” or “AB Sportwear” embroidered across the chest. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-7 or S, M, and L. Either “SX” or “QH” appears on the label stitched at the neck. The jackets have model numbers: 1006, 1029, 1058 and 1061, however the model number only appears on the original hang tag and not on the product. Read more.
This recall involves Class Club brand children's letterman jackets. The 100% polyester jackets were sold in navy with white sleeves in sizes 2 to 3. A patch on the upper, right chest of the jacket reads "28 F Football Athlete State Champs." Style number "F14CL112L" is printed on the back of the sewn-in size label in the back neck. Read more.
This recall involves M.M.M. 100% polyester boys' two-color jogging suits. "M.M.M." appears on the label stitched into the back of the neck. The pants are a solid color matching the jacket, which has a second color on the top of both sleeves and top portion of the jacket. This recall involves O'Neill Pluto brand, boy's flannel long sleeve shirts with button front, a hood and two chest pockets. Style name "Pluto Flannel" and Style No. 41204106 is printed on a label sewn inside the wearer's left side seam. "O'NEILL" is printed on a label sewn inside the back neck. The shirts were sold in dark grey with horizontal black stripes and in child sizes small, medium, large and extra large. Read more.
This recall involves girls' sweatshirts sold under the brand name "YMI Jeanswear." The sweatshirts have a front zipper and a fur-lined hood with a drawstring stitched to each side. "YMI" is printed on the label at the neck. The sweatshirts were sold in gray, purple, pink and black, with either a snowflake or a flower design on the front and back. The recalled girls' winter jackets have drawstrings through the hoods. They were sold in girls' sizes 4T, 5, 6 and 6X and in the following colors: pink, turquoise, red and yellow. The jackets are polyester with polyester fill, have a front zipper, snap or Velcro closures, and different designs stamped on the collar, down the front and on the pockets, and a flower or heart design is embroidered on the front of the jackets. They were sold under the labels "Me Jane Kids" or "B-Hip Kids by Me Jane", and the labels bearing these names are found at the back neck of the garments. The jackets were sold in youth sizes 4- 6X and 7-16. These jackets were also labeled by sizes S, M, L. One style labeled "Me Jane Kids" is fleece with front drawstrings with toggles at the ends and sold in the following colors: green, charcoal grey and black. Other "Me Jane Kids" or "B-Hip Kids by Me Jane" brand labeled bubble jackets have drawstrings on the back, no toggles and were sold in the following colors: purple, black, pink, coffee, and cream. This recall involves the USA V-Konstruct Training Jacket with Pockets model numbers 65110201, 65110202, 65110203, 65110204 and 65110205. The model numbers are printed on the white care label that is stitched into a side seam towards the bottom of the jacket. The model numbers appear to the right of the words "(PVC Free)" and below the words "ART.NO." The recalled jackets have a short collar, full length zipper, two pockets, a mesh panel running along the back of the shoulders and under the sleeves and an elastic cord with toggles at the waist. The PUMA logo is featured on the upper right chest and left sleeve. The jackets were sold in YS (youth small), YM (youth medium) and YL (youth large) and in color combinations red/black, green/black, blue/black, navy/gray and black/gray. Read more.
