May 28, 2008 Children's Hooded Sweatshirts Recalled by Adio Footwear Due to Strangulation Hazard

The boy’s “Champ Custom” hooded zip fleece sweatshirt (style # 40305.HZB) is white with blue pin-stripes on the front and red panels on the sides. ADIO is spelled out across the front. The sweatshirt was sold in boys’ sizes: small, medium, large and x-large. Read more.


May 15, 2008 Maran Inc. Children's Hooded Jackets with Drawstrings Recalled Due to Strangulation Hazard; Sold Exclusively at TJ Maxx

The recalled garments are brown corduroy jackets with a pink hood and pink sequins on the front pockets. “Squeeze Kids” and style number 4JZ642FK are printed on the care label sewn into the back collar area of the garment. April 24, 2008 Infant Santa Outfits Recalled by Avon Products Due to Choking Hazard; Sold in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

This recall involves the 2006 and 2007 Santa Outfits with RN# 120273. The 2006 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom and a red one-piece suit with white collar and cuffs, and stitched black belt and boots. The 2007 Santa Outfit includes a red hat decorated with a white pom pom, a red and white-striped bodysuit with a Santa Claus face on the chest, red overall pants with suspenders, and a red bib with Santa Claus face on top. Two snaps fasten the bodysuit at the shoulder and three snaps fasten the suit between the legs. The outfits were sold in sizes 3-18 months. “RN# 120273” is printed on the care label. Read more.

This recall involves Micros boys’ 100% cotton jackets. The hooded sweatshirts have a drawstring through the hood. They were sold in black with a peace sign patch and a “MCC Micros” patch on the chest, silver with a silver stitched design on the front, and gray with skulls on the front. Style numbers BZAT 718 (Black) / BZAT 722 (Silver) / BZAT 724 (Dark Gray) are printed on a label sewn into the jacket’s inner side seam. Read more.
