This recall involves two styles of girls’ jackets. The Shampoo brand jackets are denim with a pink hood and sleeves, and were sold in sizes 5/6, 7/8, 10/12 and 14/16. The Marci & Me brand sweater jackets are black or tan and were sold in sizes 7/8, 10/12 and 14/16. The tag at the neck reads “Shampoo” or “Marci & Me.” Read more.


April 15, 2010 Children's Hooded Sweatshirts with Drawstrings Recalled by GJC International of Florida Due to Strangulation Hazard

This recall involves children's Niko brand hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings through the hood. The garment-dyed sweatshirts were sold in mango, kiwi, rust, denim, pink, brown and periwinkle and in sized 2T through 5T. This recall involves boys’ black hooded jackets with a belt and an elastic drawstring at the neck. “North Sportif” is printed on the jacket’s belt. The recalled vest is black and blue and is reversible. The vest has a drawstring around the waist. The garments were sold in sizes small (8-10) and medium (12-14).
