July 12, 2012 Old Navy Recalls Toddler Girl Aqua Socks Due to Slip and Fall Hazard

The slip-on shoes have pull-on tabs on both the front and back of the foot opening of the shoe. These Aqua Socks were sold in pink and purple in Toddler sizes 5-11. The recall includes Old Navy Toddler Girl Aqua Socks with style number 896452. A small tag inside the foot opening contains the style number (896452), size information and country of origin (China). December 20, 2011 Naturalizer Recalls Women’s Dress Shoes Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves women’s faux patent leather dress shoes with the style name “Dare.” They have a three-inch heel, open toes and a decorative faux patent leather bow across the front. The shoes were sold in sizes 5M to 10M, 11M, 7W to 9W and in gray, nude, scarlet and black colors. “Naturalizer” is printed inside and on the bottom of the shoe. This recall involves KEDS® girls' rubber soled shoes. The shoes are black and pink with white trim and a pink loop on the heel. "KEDS" appears on the tongue and heel of the shoe. The style number KY40098A is printed on the underside of the tongue. The shoes were sold in girls' sizes 12 to 5. Read more.


August 18, 2011 C. O. Lynch Enterprises Inc. Recalls Itasca Fusion Hiker Boots Due to Foot Injury Hazard

Itasca men's shoes sizes 7 to 14 with the model name Fusion Hikers are being recalled. The model name Fusion, style number 45513 and order numbers 22215, 22216 or 22217 are printed on a label on the underside of the tongue. The word Itasca and the Itasca logo are embossed on the top of the tongue of the shoe and are also imprinted on the removable insole. The shoe is black with leather and nylon upper and a thermoplastic rubber (TPR) outsole. "Steel Toe" is printed on a tag on the outside of the shoe. Read more.

This recall involves the Buster Brown & Co. clog children’s shoes with model or retail numbers listed below. These shoes are a plastic molded EVA “water” clog and are designed to resemble a car. The shoes are red, brown, blue, yellow, and pink and most shoes bear the words “CARS,” “Transformers Animated,” or “Barbie.” “Buster Brown & Co.™” is printed on the shoe inside at the heel, on a sewn-in tag inside the fleece-lined shoe, and on the original hang tag.
