This recall includes NK R2 microphones manufactured before September 1, 2012. The recalled product is a microphone designed to be used by the navigator (coxswain) of rowed racing boats to direct the rowers. It is made of a rubber U-shaped base attached to a blue headband. A black metal microphone boom is attached to one end of the U and a cable with a flat, rubber-covered connector is attached to the other end. The microphones are used with the Cox Box and Cox Box Mini voice amplifiers. The NK logo appears on the headband. Recalled microphones have metal booms that are not covered by rubber and do not have a yellow warning tag on the cable. Read more.
This recall involves the Niles iRemoteTS and iC2 remote control systems. These are wireless remote control devices that are designed to operate audio, video and home theater systems from a single remote control. The iRemoteTS measures 5.4 by 6.2 by 1.25 inches. The Niles logo is featured in the top-left corner of the unit. The iC2 measures 5.2 by 3 by 7.5 inches. “iC2” and the Niles logo are printed on the front of the unit. Read more.
This recall involves Niles® ZR-6 MultiZone Receivers. The receivers are black with a blue LCD display on the right side and the Niles logo in white on the front center. This recall involves AMX 5000 series (MVP-5100, MVP-5150, MVP-5200i) wireless touch panels. The model number can be found on a label on the back of the unit. These touch panels can be used as remote controls for residential or commercial audio/visual systems. This recall involves ATL lithium-ion polymer batteries in GN9120 wireless headsets. The headsets are intended primarily for professional use in offices and call centers. The product is sold with three components: a base station, headset and power adapter. "GN Netcom" or "GN9120" is printed on the base station and headset. The affected batteries have part number 603028 and have a white plastic enclosure. The batteries are labeled "Made by ATL (Amperex Technology Ltd.)" and "(ATL P/N 603028)."
