This recall involves Kirkland Signature six-quart, black, hard-anodized aluminum sauté pans with glass lids. The tempered glass lids have a stainless steel rim and handle. The pan is about 3 inches deep and the pan and lid each measure about 12 inches in diameter. “Kirkland Signature,” “6 QT/5.6 L” and “Made in Thailand” are printed on the bottom of the sauté pan. The defective lid is 11 inches in diameter with a rubber and stainless steel handle and a metal rim. The code “IMCP1108” is stamped on the outside of the metal rim. The lid is part of the 13-Piece Circulon Premier Professional cookware set. The cookware is aluminum and stainless steel with rubber and stainless steel handles. In addition to the covered sauté pan, the sets include: 1-quart and 3-quart saucepans, a 4-quart saucepot, an 8-quart stockpot, 8.5-, 10- and 12-inch French skillets and four additional glass lids. The recall involves Martha Stewart Collection™ Enamel Cast Iron Casseroles in 7 quart, 5.5 quart and 2.75 quart sizes, with exterior enamel finishes in red, cobalt blue, sand, green, blue, white, mustard, brown and teal, with cream colored interior finishes. This recall involves Bella Kitchen 5-quart programmable slow cookers. The slow cookers are black with "Bella Kitchen" printed on the control panel. Only slow cookers with model number WJ-5000DE and date codes 0907 or 0909 are included in this recall. This recall involves Le Creuset glass lids sold after October 2010. The clear glass lids measure between about 9 inches (24 cm) and about 12 inches (30 cm) and have “Le Creuset” stamped on the metal handles. The affected models include: 24cm glass lid, 28cm glass lid, and 30cm glass lid (including 30cm glass lids sold as part of the Le Creuset Forged Hard-Anodized 30cm Shallow Casserole with Lid set.). This recall involves Technique brand enamel-coated 8-inch cast iron skillets with two pour spouts and a ribbed underside. The interior portion of the skillet is cream while the exterior was sold in three colors: sage, blue and red. The brand "Technique" is printed on the bottom of the pans. Read more.

The recalled product is a cast iron cast-lite frying pan with an enamel coating inside and out. The pan was sold in a variety of colors and has model numbers: TTU9203, P9204, P9207, P9208, P9242, P9243, P9244, P9248, P9250, P9261, P9266, P9274, P9275, P9276 on the color sleeve packaging of the product.
