This recall involves "GSI electronic 50W indoor pet heating comfort pad mats" with model number GKC2G002. The mats are polyester, were sold in various shapes and sizes and have a white electrical cord. They were sold in a variety of colors, including beige and pink. Read more.


January 6, 2011 Christmas Tree Shops Recalls Oven Rack Guard Due to Fire Hazard

The recalled Oven Rack Guard is intended to be placed on an oven rack to prevent burns on the arms or wrist when placing items in or removing them from an oven. The Oven Rack Guard is off white in color, 18 inches long and contains five metal snaps that secure the Oven Rack Guard to the oven rack. The SKU number is 66262 and the UPC number is 15697769. January 16, 2008 Discount School Supply Recalls Play Mats Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

This recall involves 50-inch vinyl/polyester play mats. The double sided mats have a number design on one side and a turtle design on the other. The mats are yellow with numbers and designs painted in red, blue, green and black. The mat has the Discount School Supply name and logo printed in the corner on both sides of the mat.
