Recalls: Bassinets and Cradles

This recall involves compact bassinets that were sold individually or as an accessory to the Peg Perego YPSI and Z4 stroller systems. The bassinets have a zip-on boot, insert pad and a foldable canopy. The Z4 bassinets have an "Agio" label on the side of the canopy. Only bassinets manufactured on or after June 23, 2022 are included in this recall. The manufacture date in YYYY/MM/DD format and model number are located in the hood/head area of the bassinet and can be found by lifting the bassinet's pad/cushion and internal lining. This recall involves wooden DaVinci Bailey Bassinets for infants. The recalled bassinets were sold in the following four colors, with corresponding product numbers - gray (M0934G), espresso (M0934Q), natural (M0934N) and white (M0934W). The model number "0934" is printed on a white label attached to the mattress support board and on the external product package. The assembled bassinets measure 38 inches long by 20 inches wide by 30 inches high, and each weighs about 21 pounds. The bassinets were sold with a 1-inch waterproof cradle pad. "DaVinci" is printed on the product packaging, instruction manual and product registration card. Read more.

This recall involves Multipro bassinets, an Indian style baby cradle. It has a swing framework with a pair of metal legs on the ends of the middle rod. The Cradle N Swing is designed to swing the child back and forth in a bassinet. The bassinet is made of polka dot fabric with a mesh opening on the side. The bassinet portion attaches to a plastic frame base and is sold in a variety of colors. Multipro is written on the outside of the storage bag. Read more.

This recall involves the Tadpoles Baby and Kids brand Moses baskets and stands. The Moses basket is made from natural tan wild palm leaves and measures about 33 inches long by 14 inches tall and 10 inches wide. The stand has a pine wood frame, a fabric platform and polyester rope design. The stand measures 17 inches tall by 14 inches wide and 15 inches wide when extended. "Tadpoles" is printed on the clear plastic wrapping on the Moses baskets and stands. Read more.

This recall involves the 2-in-1 Bassinet to Cradle, sold in pink, blue, green, and white. The bassinet has metal frame supports and fabric sides with a removable half-canopy on the top. The frame can also be adjusted with two rocking legs on each end of the bassinet. It is designed with fabric handles and the option to remove the bassinet from the frame to use the bassinet portion as a "by the bed" sleeper product. The recalled model numbers are 439-A, 439-B, 439-G, 439-P and 439-W and can be found on a tag which is located under the mattress pad of the bassinet. This tag is a removable tag you see in the store but is removed prior to use. Read more.

This recall involves the Lullaby Cradle Glider manufactured by Dream On Me Inc. The cradle is made of solid pine with slats on all four sides and a base that has a gliding side-to-side motion. The inner dimensions of the cradle measure 34.5 inches by 20.5 inches and includes a mattress pad and four wheels for easy movement. The cradle is sold in one design, four colors 640-C, cherry; 640-W,white; 640-E, espresso; and 640-N, natural. A label identifying the date of manufacture as October 2011 is located on the mattress support board. Read more.

This recall to inspect includes all Fisher-Price Rock N' Play infant recliner seats called sleepers. The sleeper is designed for babies up to 25 pounds and is composed of a soft plastic seat held by a metal rocking frame. The product has a removable, fabric cover that is sold in 14 patterns and color palettes.

This recall involves Eddie Bauer Rocking Wood Bassinets. The bassinets have a dark brown wooden headboard and footboard and a cotton bassinet that comes in a variety of colors and patterns. "Eddie Bauer" is printed on a metal plate on the bassinet's footboard. These bassinets have a dial at the base of the footboard that locks and unlocks the rocking motion of the bassinet. Recalled bassinets have the following model numbers: 10632, 10639, 10832, 10835, 10839 and BT021. This recall involves all Burlington Basket bassinets manufactured before June 2010. Affected models have folding legs attached to the basket with white plastic pins. Units with non-folding legs attached with metal pins are not included in this recall. Read more.
