March 7, 2024 Anker EverFrost Lithium-Ion Battery Powered Coolers Recalled Due to Battery Fire Hazard; Manufactured by Anker Innovations

This recall involves the lithium-ion battery packs in Anker EverFrost Coolers. The coolers are intended for use in outdoor camping, travel and fishing for cooling and freezing food or medicine. They are dark gray with wheels and a drop-down rolling handle. There is a blue charging port for charging by alternative power sources, such as plug-in or solar, on one end of the cooler. The name "Anker EverFrost" appears on the side in silver and blue. The model number is printed on the outer surface on the bottom of the cooler. July 14, 2022 Westfield Outdoor Recalls Tents Due to Injury Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops (Recall Alert)

The recall involves only the Cabela's Ultimate Alaknak Outfitter, the Instinct Outfitter and the Big Horn 6P tents supplied by Westfield Outdoor. The tents' sizes range from 10 feet by 10 feet to 13 feet by 27 feet and are sold in green. The name, model number, date code (HF MMDDYY) providing the place and date of manufacture, and SKU of the tent, are printed on the inside of the tent on the sewn-in warning label. The tents are designed for the optional use of a wood stove inside. The stove pipe exits the tent through the stove jack ring which provides a seal between the stove pipe and the tent. This recall involves the Petzl PIRANA descender, an aluminum adjustable friction descender device for canyoneering. The descender has three rope installation options that allow the user to select the degree of friction before initiating a descent. A friction spur allows the user to increase braking power during descent. A plastic ring keeps the connector positioned to facilitate rope installation while the device is connected to the harness. This recall involves Camp Chef portable stoves with model numbers MS40A, MSHP, or MSGG and with component gas regulators date coded "1923" through "2030" inclusive. The model number is located on the manufacturers label on the bottom of the stove. The gas regulator date code is engraved on the regulator. The MS40A stove is aluminum with the Mountaineer name printed on the front. The MSHP is black and red with EVEREST 2X printed on the front.
