The recall involves hooded fleece sweatshirts with style names “Love Goes” (style #39810012) and “Up and Under” (style #39202202). They were sold under the O’Neill brand name in child sizes S – XL. The RN #85773 is printed on the care label in the neck. Read more.
The cotton hoodie, which zips in front and has a drawstring at the waist, came in gray with blue lining and cherry with lavender lining. They were sold in girls’ sizes SML-XL. ROXY is printed on the front of the gray hoodie and on the neck label on both colors. The style number, B487857, is printed on the inside care label near the waist. Read more.
This recall involves boy’s hooded sweatshirt Style No. 3650-B in colors black, brown, charcoal, heather grey and navy; and faux suede warm up sets Style No. B9560ST in colors black, brown and khaki. Both the sweatshirts and warm up sets have the style numbers and the name KOMAN printed on the hangtag on the center back neck, with sizes S, M, L, or XL . Read more.
The recalled children’s jackets were sold in sizes 7/8 through 16 and have RN number 115036 and style numbers WD36687 or WD36689, which is located on the care label of all garments. The jackets come in turquoise and brown plaid, pink, and orange and brown plaid. Read more.

The Epic Threads sweatshirts are white, gray, maroon, yellow, blue, green, and black, with images on the front and/or back. The girls Greendog sweaters are brown and gray. This recall involves Speedy children’s hooded zipper jackets and hooded pullover jackets with drawstrings. The jackets were sold in various colors (black, white, charcoal gray, heather gray, burgundy, green, royal blue, navy blue, baby blue, red, pink, brown and in sizes S-XXL. “Speedy” can be found on a label located on the inside of the collar. This recall involves loungewear sets for children described as “Lounge-Around-the-Housewear”, “Lounge-About-Housewear” or “Short sets.” The garments were sold in a variety of styles, colors and printed fabrics. They were sold in sizes S (1-2 yr), M (2-3 yr), L (3-4 yr), XL (4-5 yr), 6 yr, 7 yr and 8 yr. All of the garments have a label on the inside that says: "These garments do NOT comply with the Federal Flammability Standards and therefore are not suitable for sleepwear".
