December 8, 2005 J & F Design Inc. Recall of Girl's Sleepwear Sold at J.C. Penney Stores

The recalled pajama sets include a tank top and a pair of shorts. Made of a polyester and cotton blend, the pajamas were sold in four colors: green, fuchsia, light blue and light pink in sizes extra small through extra large. The pajama tops have a large, rubber decal of one or more monkeys on the front, and the bottoms have a monkey print on them. A label on the inside of the garment reads, "Bobby by BobbyJack." November 17, 2005 American Public Company Recall of Boy's Hooded Sweatshirts with Drawstrings Sold by J.C. Penney

The recalled sweatshirts were sold in navy and burgundy, and in youth sizes (S, M. L, and XL). The RN Number is 90614, which is located on the collar tag. "A.P.C.O." is a label stitched on the inside of the hood and "Artic Zone" is stitched on the outside of the sweatshirt. Read more.


October 6, 2005 Adjmi Apparel Group Recall of Reebok Children's Fleece Pullover/Pant Sets

Only Reebok fleece pullover/pant sets with navy blue quarter-zip zippers are being recalled. The fleece pullover/pant sets were sold in navy blue/red and navy blue/pink in sizes up to children's size 7. "Reebok" is printed across the front of the pullover. The pullovers have a hood that can be folded under the collar. Some of the recalled pullovers were sold with matching mittens. The style numbers were printed on the store tag only and end in: 1816, 2816, 3816, 1816N, 2816N, 1814, 2814, 4814, and 5814. Read more.


July 26, 2005 H&M Recall of Baby Denim and Knit Jackets

These jackets are light blue denim with two breast pockets, a gray knit hood and gray knit sleeves. The buttons have “BABY” written on the front. A red and white “A” patch is sewn on the front, a blue “3” decal is on one sleeve and a red football is on the other sleeve. The recall included jackets sold in sizes 2 months through 18 months. Style number “432740” is written on the laundry care tag inside the jacket. “H&M” is written on the collar label. Read more.


April 27, 2005 J.C. Penney Corp. Recall of Children's Bodysuits

The multicolored bodysuits are 100 percent cotton and have a heat-sealed appliqué on the front. An appliqué is also attached to the side. The bodysuits were sold in newborn sizes (0 to 9 months) and infant sizes (12 to 24 months). "Okie Dokie" is sewn in the neckline and state "Made in China." Read more.


April 19, 2005 Carter's Recall of Carter's Brand Children's Overalls

The recalled overalls are pink corduroy with decorative snap fasteners at the waist and shoulder straps. The light pink overalls (style 435-092) have a floral embroidery design on the chest. The dark pink overalls (style 435-646) have a single patch pocket on the chest. "Carter's" is printed on a tag sewn into the back of the garment. Read more.

The recalled jacket/pant sets were sold in royal blue, pink, pink/blue, purple/green, pink, purple, red/blue, and gray/dark gray color combinations in sizes up to children's size 7. "Reebok" is printed across the front of the hooded jackets. The style numbers were printed on the store tag only and end in: 451, 449, 448, 447, 446, 444, 435, 433, 429, 428, 424, 412, 537, 531, 530 and 526. Read more.



March 1, 2005 Lands' End Recall of Zipper Pulls on Children's Outer Wear

The recalled Lands' End outer wear have a rubber tab located at the end of the fabric zipper pull located on the front of the jacket. The recall includes the garments and style numbers listed below. The style number is written on a label in the left side seam of the garment. Read more.
