They are made with waterproof nylon, have a retractable drawstring in the hood and have the AFTCO logo on the front. The internal label has the company's logo above the size, care instructions, fiber content and country of origin information. The model number is BJ05. This recall involves TravisMathew adult women's half-zip sweatshirts and women's and men's full-zip and no-zip hoodies in various colors and styles, including: women's Chance Encounter Half-Zip Sweatshirts (Heather Copen Blue, Heather Mauve Shadows), women's Save the Day Half-Zip Sweatshirts (Heather Natural, Heather Winetasting), women's Off Script Zip-Up Hoodies (Heather Light Gray, Heather Crown Blue), men's Cloud Hoodies (LAD Black, NYY Heather Gray, BRS Heather Gray, CHC Heather Gray, USC Black, USC Heather Gray), men's In the Rain Hoodies (Black, Heather Gray), men's Cloud Hoodie 2.0s (Black, Moonbeam, Dark Olive, Ash Blue, Mood Indigo), and men's Abject Lesson Hoodies (Black, Heather Gray). This recall involves 12 styles of Helly Hansen adult workwear sweatshirts and hoodies. The garments are 100% cotton or 95% cotton and 5% elastane and were sold in all sizes in gray, navy and black. HH workwear is printed on the neck label, and Helly Hansen is printed on a label located on the front right-hand side at the bottom of the garment. The inside seam label displays the size, fiber content and washing instructions. The style number is printed on a tag underneath the inside seam label. This recall involves children's 100% polyester fleece zip-up pajamas and Opalescent Angel Wings Headbands. The pajamas have a hood, two functional front pockets and ribbed wrist and ankle cuffs. The pajamas were sold in children's sizes 2 through 14 in Black Bear, Moose on Red and Buffalo Plaid prints. The pajamas' neck label states "Little Blue House," the size designation and Country of Origin. The recalled pajamas can be identified by tracking numbers 1014970, 1015226, 1016019, 1016490, 1018791, or 1018936. The tracking numbers are located on an inside left side seam label that states "PAL501" followed by the tracking number. The Opalescent Angel Wings Headbands were sold in one size.
