This recall involves the charging cases sold with Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones, Model ATH-CK3TW. The charging cases are made of plastic and were sold in black, blue, white and red colors. This recall involves the Flash Receiver (BE1442 MHz), which is sold as a part of the Bellman & Symfon's Visit smart home system. The flash receivers are intended to assist hearing-impaired consumers by alerting them with bright flashes of light when the doorbell or telephone rings or if a fire alarm sounds. The white devices measure about six inches tall and three inches wide and sits on a white cylinder base. The Bellman & Symfon logo is printed on the front of the unit. This recall involves FreeSpace DS40F in-ceiling/flush-mount loudspeakers manufactured before August 13, 2018, and all FreeSpace and EdgeMax in-ceiling/flush-mount loudspeakers installed in commercial cooking environments. The loudspeakers were sold in black and white colors with "Bose" engraved on the front of them. Model numbers and the date of manufacturing can be found on the label on the back of the loudspeaker. These professional loudspeakers were sold by Bose through authorized Bose resellers to commercial purchasers, not at retail to consumers, although affected loudspeakers may have been installed in commercial spaces open to the public. These names and model numbers are included in the recall.
