August 21, 2025 Combi Boilers Recalled Due to Burn Hazard; Manufactured by IBC Technologies

The CX Combi Boilers are single, compact residential gas boilers that provide both central heating and hot water on demand. The CX Combi Boilers are rectangular metal boxes with a control panel on the front and a red IBC label in the top left corner. Only models CX-199 and CX-150 with certain serial numbers are included in the recall. The CX-199 or CX-150 model number is located on the upper left corner of the touch screen on the front of the unit. The model and serial numbers are found on the rating plate located on the inside of the unit in the upper left corner and the serial number is outlined in rectangular boxes. June 5, 2025 Rinnai America Recalls Boilers Due to Carbon Monoxide (CO) Poisoning Hazard

This recall involves Rinnai-brand i-Series Plus residential wall-mounted gas boilers with model numbers IP175S, IP199S, IP175199C and IP199199C. The top white label on the side of the boiler states MADE IN JAPAN and has the model numbers followed by a reference code in parenthesis, TYPE OF GAS NATURAL GAS and SERIAL NO. followed by letters and numbers. February 27, 2025 Triangle Tube Recalls Prestige and Aerco Esteem Gas Boilers Due to Carbon Monoxide (CO) Poisoning Hazard; Two Deaths Reported

The recalled Prestige Solo, Prestige Excellence, and Aerco Esteem boilers are wall-hung condensing gas boilers housed in a white metal box. "Prestige" is printed on the white front panel of the recalled Prestige Solo and Prestige Excellence boilers. "Aerco" is printed on the front of the recalled Esteem boilers. This recall involves Crown Boiler Aruba IV (AWR Series) gas-fired hot water boilers powered by natural gas and LP (propane) gas. This recall only involves boilers configured for use at altitudes above 2,000 feet. The model name Aruba IV is not found on the label. The boiler is red and gray and 39.5 inches high. A "Crown" logo appears on the upper front-center of the unit. The model number is shown on the boiler's rating plate, located on the top of the right side of the boiler where shown. Crown is printed on the side, and the model number for Aruba IV is located on a large white label on the red metal side of the boiler. The following boiler models that are currently installed at altitudes greater than 5,400 ft. above sea level are part of this recall. The U.S. boiler ES2 and Series 3 models are blue with a black top front and black vents on the front. The logo is located on the black top front of the boiler. The X-2 model has a solid teal color. The logo is located in the front middle of the boiler. The Lancer model is gray with a blue top. The logo is located in the front middle of the boiler. The Force G-3 model is solid gray. Smith, and State Industries brand names and have serial numbers within the range of 125325485 through 134830284. The brand name is printed on the front of each unit. This recall involves the Burnham Commercial Series 8 EP Natural Gas Boiler and the Series 16H equipped with CSD-1. Both boilers are for commercial use and use natural gas as a fuel source. The recalled units have the Q3452B2100/B pilot with the 90-degree mounting bracket. The brand names "Burnham Commercial" for the Series 8 and "Crown Boiler" for the Series 16H are stamped in metal on the front cover. The model and serial number can be found on the boiler rating plate located on the vestibule panel located behind the front jacket panel of the boiler.
