September 28, 2011 Little Tikes Expands Recall of Toy Workshop and Tool Sets Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves the toy nails sold as part of 11 additional models of Little Tikes® Workshop and tool sets listed below. The toy nails are oversized, plastic, and about 3 1/4 inches long by 1 1/4 inch in diameter. The nails are either red or blue and have a large round head; below the nail head there is a plastic ridge, slightly smaller than the nail head and about 1 inch in diameter. July 7, 2011 Mini Stars Building Sets Recalled by Edushape Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves Mini Stars building sets. The Mini Stars measure three inches in diameter and are made of opaque plastic. Each star has six circular knobs protruding from a ring-shaped center. Edushape only makes Mini Stars in red, green, yellow or blue colors which are included in this recall. The Mini Stars do not have any markings, codes or logos stamped into the plastic. September 30, 2010 Fisher-Price Recalls Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway Due to Choking Hazard

The recall involves Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway with model numbers T4261 and V6378. They were sold with small cars that a child can push down winding ramps. Only the purple and the green cars that are marked "Mexico" and do not have a yellow dot on the bottom are included in the recall. The toy is intended for children 1 1/2 to 5 years of age. September 14, 2010 Fun Stuff Recalls Children's Toys Due to Choking Hazard

The recalled bracelets and balls are made of stretchy, rubber material with hard plastic, colorful balls attached at the end of the toy's arms. The toys were sold with orange, green, pink, purple and blue colored balls. The BoBo balls have a flashing lighted ball encased in the stretchy material. November 21, 2007 Children's Snow and Sand Castle Kits by Paricon Recalled Due to Sharp Edges; Sold Exclusively at LL Bean

The recall castle kit consists of three red plastic block makers. Only the largest block maker in the set is included in the recall. The largest block maker measures about 19 inches in length and 5 inches in width. Smaller block maker blocks and castle kits with the letter “A” on the inside of the large block maker are not included in this recall. Read more.


July 5, 2007 Serious Intestinal Injury Prompts Kipp Brothers Recall of Mag Stix Magnetic Building Sets

The recalled Mag Stix sets contain 24 pieces including twelve 1-inch sticks, four 2.25-inch sticks, and eight metal balls. The sticks are yellow, green, blue and rust-colored. "Item No. 40330 Made in China" and UPC number 7 7704 40330 1 are printed on the packaging. Read more.
