This recall involves HR Platform bed frames sold under the Bed Tech brand with model numbers HR33, HR33XL, HR46, HR50, HR60, HR66. The models consist of sizes Twin, Twin xl, Full, Queen, King, Cal King. The steel frames are black and have blue plastic clips. Each product has a 14-digit serial number that begins with HR on an outside leg. The model number is printed on the outside leg with the serial number. Read more.

This recall involves HOFISH 10-Inch Hybrid Certi-PUR Certified Foam and Pocket Spring Mattresses sold in twin, twin XL, full, queen, and king sizes. They are 10-inch, single-sided mattresses with white knit ticking, a blue striped wave design and diamond-shaped quilting on the top surface. The side panels have gray knit ticking. The tape edges are white with white stitching. The bottom panel has gray non-woven ticking. The mattresses have a white tag located on the underside of the head panel of the mattress with "Made For HOFISH Inc." printed on one side and "Prototype ID: HF19HY" printed on the other side. Only mattresses with the Prototype ID HF19HY on the product's labeling are included in this recall. The mattresses were sold compressed in a box. Read more.

This recall involves the Revive Three Wick Soy Candles in Winter Cedar and Warm Spiced Latte scents. The candles come in glass containers with metal lids. "Revive" and the scent type are printed on a label on the front of the container. SKU 1010030041 (for the winter cedar-scented candle) or 1010030040 (for the warm spiced latte-scented candle) is printed on the purchase receipt. Read more.

This recall involves Lifetime Products 6-Foot Seminar Tables with model #80176. The tables have gray metal frames and white plastic tops. The tables measure 6 feet long by 18 inches wide by 28 inches high. The "Lifetime" logo is molded into each end of the upper surface of the table top. A green product ID sticker located on the underside of the table has the model number and the year and chronological day of manufacture in the first five digits (Example: June 23, 2020 = 20175), followed by a two-digit number for the factory. The recalled tables were manufactured between August 7, 2016 (16220) and June 23, 2020 (20175). Read more.

This recall involves Hillsdale Furniture's Jennings counter and bar stools with date codes between 08/2020 and 01/06/2021. The date code is on the bottom of the seat. The recalled counter and bar stools have a tan wooden seat, a wooden back and a metal base and were sold in counter and bar heights. Read more.

This recall involves Casa Kids Cabina Bunk Beds manufactured in February 2018, June 2018, May 2019, and December 2019. A label on the lower part of the bottom bunk bed's headboard panel contains the date of manufacture, in a MONTH.YEAR format, e.g., MAY.2019. They are made from Baltic birch plywood, in a combination of natural finish and white painted surfaces. Read more.

This recall involves the StyleWell Wood Windsor Dining Chair sets. The sets of two chairs were sold in black, natural wood, red and white and have eight vertical backrest spindles. The chair seat base measures about 17.5 inches wide, 17.5 inches deep and 17 inches tall. The chair's back measures about 19 inches wide and 18 inches tall from the top of the chair seat base. Each chair weighs about 15 pounds. Only chairs without screw holes and wood screws on the rear underside of the chair seat base are included in this recall. Read more.

This recall involves multiple styles and colors of side accent tables with convenience charging receptacles and USB ports. The product is made of MDF, solid wood, veneers, and other materials. Some of the units have mirrored accents, one drawer or two drawer units. All of the affected units contain convenience receptacles for AC and DC electricity for ordinary receptacles and for USB charging pins. The units are sold with hangtags marked as "J Hunt Home" or "J Hunt & Co." The different styles of the recalled units measure about 14 inches by 14 inches by 28 inches high for many of the units up to 24 inches by 15.5 inches by 74 inches high on certain other bookcase style units. The tables weigh between 13 and 26 pounds. All recalled units have a white adhesive label on the underside or back of the unit with the item number and date codes between April 2019 and November 2020. The date code is listed as a two-digit month followed by a slash and a four-digit year code such as 04/2019.
