This recall involves Place & Time® battery-operated desk lamps with a USB cord. The lamp was sold in three colors: green with the model number 4843351B, pink with the model number 4843351A, and cream with the model number 4843351D. The model number can be found on the label on the bottom of the lamp. The lamp is about 12 inches high when the neck is fully extended and about 4 inches wide at the base. Read more.

This recall involves Ceither branded Adult Portable Bed Rails (ASIN: B09YRHCZY5) sold for use on adult beds. The bed support railing is made of black metal and black foam, and measures about 12-1/2 inches wide with an adjustable height between about 30 to 42 inches. Only adult portable bed rails purchased on or after August 21, 2023 are affected by this recall. Read more.

This recall involves Trader Joe's Mango Tangerine Scented Candles with SKU 56879. The candles are white colored wax with a cotton wick in a tin container. The candles weigh about 5.7 ounces, and SKU number 56879 is located on the bottom of the tin container. Read more.

This recall involves Avocado-branded Organic Cotton Mattress Pad Protectors sold in sizes Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King and California King. All sizes were sold in both a Standard Pocket and Deep Pocket version. The quilted, ivory-color mattress pads are made of cotton ticking and cotton fiber fill. Attached to the mattress pad is a law label listing "Model SFMPAVORG", manufacturer name, date of delivery, date of manufacture, fiber content, and washing instructions. Read more.

This recall involves the Origin 21 oval and rectangle wall mirrors. These mirrors were sold in black metal frames. The rectangle mirror measures 22 inches wide and 31 inches long, with model number L1-MH-1647. The oval mirror measures 24 inches wide and 36 inches long, with model number L1-MH-1693. The model numbers are printed on a label affixed to the back of the mirror. Read more.

The model numbers W520, W520-11, W520-21, W520-31, and W520-33 can be found on the original order confirmation or invoice.
