April 13, 2023 Luxor Workspaces Recalls Audiovisual Carts Due to Serious Tip-Over Hazard; Three Deaths Reported

This recall involves three cart base models: WT42 "Tuffy" plastic cart; W42/AVJ42/SS-AVJ42 metal cart; and LP-DUO/TPDUOEQ plastic cart. The WT42 "Tuffy" is a 3-shelf plastic cart sold under the brand name H. Wilson "Tuffy" in a variety of colors with different color suffixes after the "WT42" prefix in the item number. The carts have a plastic handle with a logo that reads "the Tuffy" in the center. The W42/AVJ42/SS-AVJ42 cart is 3-shelf adjustable height metal cart. It is also sold under the model number AVJ42 with either a Luxor or H. Wilson logo on the front center of the top shelf, and under the model number SS-AVJ42 with a LineLeader logo on the front center of the top shelf. It is sold in a variety of colors with different color suffixes after the "W42" or "AVJ42" prefixes in the item number. The LP-DUO/TPDUOEQ cart is a 3-shelf adjustable height plastic cart with a push handle on the top shelf. The Luxor logo is stamped on the center of the handle and is a black/dark gray color. March 16, 2023 IKEA Recalls Mirrors Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves all sizes of LETTAN flat mirrors. The mirrors are frameless, about 38 inches high and were sold in 23, 31, 39 and 47 inches wide. The recalled mirrors have a date stamp before and including 2105 (YYWW). The date stamp is in (YYWW) format where the first two digits represent the year and the last two digits represent the week of manufacture. The date stamp is located on the back of the mirror. March 16, 2023 Sunbeam Heated Blankets Recalled Due to Burn and Fire Hazards; Distributed by Star Elite

This recall involves the Sunbeam Queen Size Heated Blanket, model number 32810027. The blankets were sold with detachable controllers and in the following colors: beige, ivory, light green, dark blue, light blue, burgundy, dark gray, light gray and gray violet. This recall involves two models of Vaunn Medical Bed Assist Rail adult bed rails, model numbers M876N-AAWH-APVM and M876N-SABK-APVM. Model M876N-AAWH-APVM is a rectangular bed rail made of white metal tubing with a black foam rubber grip handle. Model 876N-SABK-APVM is made of black metal tubing with a rounded black foam rubber grip handle and a fabric pouch. This recall involves Bedsure electric heating blankets models in throw, twin and full sizes made of flannel and/or sherpa in the following sizes: 50" x 60," 62" x 84" and 72" x 84." The electric heating blankets were sold in the following colors: beige, black, blue, blue plaid, brown, gray (light and dark), gray plaid, green (dark), navy, red, red plaid and red plaid (cream), depending on the size and model. The Bedsure electric heating pads were sold in the following sizes: 12" x 24", 24" x 22" and 24" x 33"and colors: brown, gray and teal. The electric blankets and pads are controlled by a white cord with a white digital controller unit. The electric blanket with model BS-LV0A has a white non-digital controller unit with the name and symbol of Bedsure on the controller. This recall involves office chairs with a circle cushioned seat that attaches to an adjustable metal stand and five wheels. The back of the chair is a cushioned horizontal oval. The recalled office chairs were sold in white, black, gray, floral, pink, orange, navy, light blue, brown, mint and cream colors. The cushion is covered in either velvet, linen, boucle or faux leather. One of the following style numbers is printed on a hang tag attached to the product: GT646, GT646A, GT646AA, GT646AB, GT646AABO. "ANJI GUOTAI Furniture Co. This recall involves the Bed Assist Rail with Legs (model PHB4000), Free Standing Bed Assist Rail (model PHB6000) and the DoubleSafe Bed Assist Rail (model PHB7000D). The bed rails are made of white metal tubing with a gray or black foam rubber grip handle and may have a black fabric pouch. February 23, 2023 TJX Recalls Bookcases Due to Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards; Imported by Furniture Source International; Sold at HomeGoods

This recall involves all Aderes bookcases. The bell-shaped bookcases have a natural finish, measure 44" x 18" x 86" and have two glass cabinet doors and six drawers. The bookcase sits on top of four legs that are affixed to two boards that are screwed into the bottom of the bookcase with eight screws on each side. The bookcases were sold with a furniture tip restraint kit. The recalled bedframes have a black metal frame and measure 14 inches high and were sold in twin, full, queen and king sizes.
