September 23, 2010 Molenaar LLC Recalls Night Lights Due to Fire and Shock Hazard

Two models of the night lights are being recalled. One model, Model No. 2019, is shaped like a house. The other, Model No. 2017, is square-shaped with a rounded top. The night lights glow green when plugged into an electrical outlet. “71980 U.S.A.” is molded into the night light’s back panel, just above the brass outlet prongs. The night lights may have the brand names or logos of various companies printed on the front. Read more.

These are full-sized fixed-sided cribs sold in an oak finish, as 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 convertible cribs. "Sorelle Furniture" along with the company's address, the crib's model number and a manufacturer's code are printed on a label attached to the headboard or footboard. Read more.


August 24, 2010 Williams-Sonoma Recalls Baby Bottle Warmers Due to Burn Hazard

This recall involves the Beaba Express Steam Bottle Warmer which uses steam to heat baby bottles or baby food. The bottle warmer is green with an orange temperature dial. "Beaba" is printed on the base and model number 9602 is printed on the underside of the warmer. Read more.


August 12, 2010 Circus World Recalls Wireless Video Baby Monitors Due to Overheating Hazard

This recall involves Levana wireless baby monitors with model number LV-TW300. The receiver front is white and green with six round buttons and the printed word "Levana". It is 7 inches tall and includes a stand/base. The camera is all white, about 5 inches tall and is attached to a 3 1/2 inch long white base. The camera can rotate and swivel in various directions. July 20, 2010 Pacifiers Recalled by Antonio Flores Due to Choking Hazard

The pacifier has a ring-shaped handle and a round-shaped mouth guard. "Kariño" is printed on the handle side of the mouth guard, and "Mygra" is printed on one side of the handle. The nipple is filled with corn syrup. Read more.

This recall involves all models of Bonavita, Babi Italia and ISSI drop-side cribs manufactured by LaJobi. The cribs have drop-side hardware that contains metal or plastic pegs that are recessed into either the drop side or the headboard and footboard of the crib. A label on the headboard of the crib identifies the manufacturer as LaJobi. Read more.
