This recall involves Black Diamond 18 mm wide nylon runners that are 60 cm/24 inches or 120 cm/48 inches long that have a tape splice (two cut ends joined by masking tape). The nylon runners were sold in red, blue, gold, green, gray and purple. "CE 0333" and 2014 or 2015 are printed on the sewn-in label. Read more.

This recall involves 16 models of Black Diamond brand carabiners with manufacturing date codes between 4350 and 6018. "Black Diamond" or the Black Diamond logo is printed on the front of the carabiners. The manufacturing date code is printed on the side of the carabiners. All carabiner colors are included in the recall. They were sold individually or as part of a climbing gear set. November 17, 2015 REI Recalls Outdoor Rocker Chairs Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves REI evrgrn Campfire Rocker chairs. The collapsible rocking chairs were sold in blue, gray, green, and orange fabric supported by four metal tubes and wooden rockers at the base and are intended for outdoor use. A small black tab is attached to the edge of the fabric seat containing the word "evrgrn". The chair comes in a portable bag whose color matches that of the fabric seat. Read more.

October 22, 2015 L.L. Bean Recalls Knives with Sheath Due to Laceration Hazard

The recall includes the L.L. Bean GTO Hunting Knife with Sheath with product identification number 296435 printed on the product's packaging. The knife measures 8 inches long including a 4-inch blade. The handle is made of G10 synthetic. L.L. Bean is printed on the blade and an outline of a mountain is printed on the blade. The sheath is made of black ballistic cloth, embroidered with "L.L. Bean" and an outline of mountains. Read more.

It has a green canvas seat with a red "M" and "Millennium Treestand" printed in white letters in the center affixed with black snaps on the sides. August 26, 2015 CAMP USA Recalls Tour Nanotech Crampons Due to Fall Hazard

This recall affects all Tour Nanotech Automatic and Semi-Automatic crampons. Both crampons are made of steel plates that attach to boots for ice climbing. The Tour Nanotech Automatic has a red heel bail with a gray strap that fastens around the ankle. The Tour Nanotech Semi-Automatic has a red toe strap at the front of the crampon and a red heel bail at the back. A gray strap is connected to both heel bails and fastens around the boot. Read more.
