This recall involves the Monorail Weight Pocket, which is sold as an accessory designed to attach to a Scuba Diving BCD. The weight pocket has a black base and a fabric pouch sold in multiple colors with a gray plastic D-ring handle attached to it. The weight pocket was sold in two sizes, standard and mini, and eight colors, including black, blue, green, orange, pink, teal, white and yellow. The standard size is about 10.75 inches long by 3.75 inches wide by 2 inches deep and weighs about 9.6 ounces. The mini size is about 7.5 inches long by 3.75 wide by 2 inches deep and weighs about 7.52 ounces. Both sizes have a color cover and "Monorail Weight System" printed on the bottom of the pocket. This recall involves Ocun Condor HMS Triple Carabiners sold in dark gray and blue. The carabiners have an independent internal wire gate for belaying and rappelling and a triple locking action gate. The affected carabiners have the following batch numbers 24003xx, 24004xx, 24010xx, 24023xx, 24024xx, 24025xx, 25005xx, 25006xx. The batch number is found on the spine of the carabiner. Read more.

This recall involves the Petzl Nomic ice climbing axes (model U021AA00, serial numbers 17L 0000000 000 to 20F 9999999 999) and Ergonomic ice climbing axes (model U022AA00, serial numbers 18F 0000000 000 to 21L 9999999 999). The axes are made from an aluminum shaft, steel pick and reinforced plastic grip. Nomic axes are black and Ergonomic axes are orange. "Como SL" is printed on the bicycle's seat tube or top tube, and the bikes were sold in a variety of colors, including Cast Umber, Dove Grey and Raspberry (Como SL 4.0), and Smoke, Brassy Yellow and Brushed Silver (Como SL 5.0). This recall involves all Evajoy above-ground pools 48 inches and taller. Models EJ-HF032, EJ-HF044, and EJ-HF045 are included in this recall. Model EJ-HF032 measures 16 feet in diameter by 48 inches in height. Model EJ-HF044 measures 18 feet in diameter by 52 inches in height. Model EJ-HF045 measures 24 feet in diameter by 52 inches in height. Model information and the Evajoy logo are printed on the liner on the outside of the pool. The recalled above-ground pools contain a compression strap (also referred to as a reinforcing belt) that wraps around the pool on the outside of the vertical support poles, and may create a foothold, allowing a child to access the pool and drown.
