This recall involves Precor-branded Resolute Cable Multi-Station exercise equipment, Model No. RMS905, sold to gyms. The exercise equipment includes an adjustable pulley carriage that allows users to perform cable resistance exercises from different heights along a vertical rail. The brand name Precor is located above the vertical rail and "Model No. RMS905" is printed on a label on the underside of the pulley assembly's top frame, between the vertical rail and the weight stack. The exercise equipment measures 68 inches x 58 inches x 94 inches, has either a silver, black or white frame, and multiple upholstery options. Read more.

This recall involves all Black Diamond Equipment PIEPS Pro IPS Avalanche Transceivers. The transceivers are black plastic with an LCD screen below a yellow mark button. They measure about 5 inches long by 3 inches wide. PIEPS appears in yellow lettering and PRO IPS in white lettering on the front of the unit. The first four numbers in the transceivers' serial number range from 2326 through 2445 for recalled units and can be found on the label on the inside of the battery compartment door. Read more.

This recall involves Academy Sports + Outdoors Redfield 12-Gun and 18-Gun Fireproof Safes. The 12-Gun Fireproof Safe has the model number 179498 and 18-Gun Fireproof Safe has the model number 179499. "Redfield" is printed on the front door above the number pad. The model name and serial number are located on a red label at the bottom right corner of the safe door. The dark gray steel safes are used to store firearms and valuables. The 12-gun safe measures 53 inches high by 15 inches wide by 16 inches deep, and the 18-gun safe measures 55 inches high by 18 inches wide by 18 inches deep. This recall involves certain VINs of Model Year 2024 Ranger 1000 / Crew 1000, Ranger XP 1000 / Crew XP 1000 and Ranger XP Kinetic ROVs; and ProXD Full Size/Full Size Crew and Bobcat UV34/UV34 XL UTVs. The Ranger vehicles were sold in blue, bronze, camouflage, gray, green, tan and white and in three and six seat configurations. The ProXD vehicles have gray plastic body panels with black frame/accents. The Bobcat vehicles have black side panels with white and orange accents. All UTVs have two or four seats. The Ranger and ProXD vehicles have "POLARIS" stamped on the front grille and the Bobcat vehicles have the Bobcat logo on the front grille. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for the Ranger, ProXD and Bobcat vehicles is located on a portion of the left rear frame on the driver's side of the vehicle, under the cargo box. Read more.

This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2024-2025 RZR XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 ROVs. The recalled vehicles were sold in black, blue, gray, red and white colors. They were sold in two and four-seat configurations. "POLARIS" is stamped on the front grille and "POLARIS" and "RZR" are printed on the sides of the vehicle. The model name is also printed on the side of the chassis. The VIN is located on the vehicle's frame in the left rear wheel well. Read more.

This recall involves Segway Ninebot KickScooters with model number P100S and a manufacture date in 2023. The affected units have serial numbers containing the date codes 2308 or greater (e.g., xxxxx2308xxxxx, xxxx2310xxxxx, xxxxx2311xxxxx). The serial number is located on the left side of the KickScooter. The 6th and 7th digits represent the year of manufacture, and the 8th and 9th digits represent the week of manufacture. The product is black and gray with red accents, and the Segway label is on the rear fender. The KickScooter is 46 inches long, 25 inches wide and 50 inches high, and weighs about 72.5 pounds. This recall involves Nerf Barrage Youth bike helmets. The helmets have a blue/orange exterior, black straps, an orange buckle, and are size medium (M). NERF is printed in white lettering on the sides of the helmet. Model 6011 is printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. The lot number (LOT#) and reference number (REF#) can be found on the same label on the inside of the helmet. Only helmets with LOT# BC01BJ01-200623 and REF# 5382-BL and LOT# BC01BJ01-111521 and REF# 4970-BL are included in this recall. Read more.

This recall involves the ORIGINAL 6 bicycles from model years 2016 to 2020 and OFF 5 & OFF AIR 5 and OFF 6 & OFF AIR 6 bicycles from model years 2019 to 2020. The bikes are designed for children between 10 and 14 years old. "woom" is displayed on the sides of the downtube in white letters. It is also visible on the front of the headtube. The grip handles allow users to add or remove weight plates using a manual selector pin. The affected 5 lb grip handles can be identified by their black design with a knurled grip and a silver decal that identifies weights in increments of 5, 15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, and 95 lbs.
