This recall involves Precision Shooting Equipment's TAC Elite, TAC Ordnance and Enigma crossbows. The TAC Elite Crossbow is black with a 22-inch wide bow. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. "PSE Archery" is printed on the outer side of the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It has an aluminum rail/barrel, a pistol grip and an M-4 carbine style adjustable stock that allows the crossbow length to be extended from 41.5 inches to 45 inches. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted above the trigger housing on the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a bipod, a scope and three arrows. TAC Elite crossbows with serial numbers 2097056 through 2134901 are being recalled. The TAC Ordnance Crossbow is black with a 22-inch wide bow. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. "PSE Archery" is printed on the outer side of the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It is 34.75 inches long with aluminum rails and does not have a trigger housing or a stock. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted near the rear of the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a bipod, a scope and three arrows. TAC Elite crossbows with serial numbers 2121938 through 2133384 are being recalled. Serial numbers for the TAC Elite and TAC Ordnance are engraved directly above the hand grip. The Enigma crossbow is camouflage colored. It has a 20-inch wide bow with a black stirrup attached to the front. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It has aluminum rails, a pistol grip and a rifle style stock with an adjustable butt plate that allows the crossbow length to be extended from 40.5 inches to 44.75 inches. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted above the trigger housing on the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a scope, a side-mounted quiver, a sling and a cocking rope. All Enigma crossbows are being recalled. Read more.

The recall involves certain models of Alpenchallenge, Urbanchallenge and Masschallenge bicycles equipped with full carbon Aprebic bike forks model ACC-A704DN50B. The fork model number is printed behind the top arch. Specific bicycle models included in the recall are Alpenchallenge AC01 105 Tiagra, Alpenchallenge AC01 Rival, Masschallenge MC01 Team and the Urbanchallenge UC01 Alfine 11. Both the Alpenchallenge and Urbanchallenge bicycles include the 2012 and 2013 model years. The Masschallenge bicycle includes model year 2012. The model year is printed on the top tube of the bike. This recall involves all Paramount Trident Series 2 (UV II) ultraviolet sanitation systems. The sanitation systems are a gray tube that stands 32 inches high by 11 inches in diameter. They are plumbed into the pool's water circulation pipes and plugged in or hard-wired into an electrical system. The pool's water runs through the unit and is sanitized by ultraviolet lamps. This is a secondary sanitation system used in conjunction with chemical sanitizers such as chlorine or bromine. "Trident UV II" or "Series 2 Trident Ultraviolet Corporation UV Sanitation System" is printed on a black label on the front of the units. In addition, a silver sticker on the units has the following wording "Paramount Series 2 Ultraviolet Pool Sanitizer System," "Trident Series 2 Ultraviolet Water Treatment System" or "Trident Ultra UV Series 2 Water Treatment System" and a date code of 9/9/2013 or later. This recall involves Misty Mate 2.5-ounce high pressure personal misters. The air misters are approximately 8 inches tall and are designed to spray a mist of water for personal cooling. They have a clear plastic cylinder to hold water, blue base and top and a nylon carrying strap attached to the top. The cylinder measures between 1.25 and 1.5 inches in diameter. A horizontal line with the word "fill" is printed on the cylinder. Read more.

This recall involves three models of 2014 tandem Cannondale bicycles, road 1, road 2 and 29 tandem. The road 1 and 29 tandem bicycles were sold in black with white graphics and the road 2 was sold in white with red and black graphics. "Cannondale" and "T1" or "T2" are printed on the aluminum frame bicycle. The 29 model is a mountain bike with 29-inch wheels and a 29 graphic decal affixed to the frame. Read more.

This recall involves model year 2014 KLX110 and KLX110L off-road motorcycles. The motorcycles have a 110 cubic centimeter engine, a green fuel tank, shroud cover and fenders, a black seat and white side covers. "Kawasaki" is on both sides of the shroud cover. Model numbers are on both side covers directly beneath the seat. KLX110 models have an automatic clutch, a shift pedal and no clutch lever on the handlebars. The seat height for these models is about 27 inches. KLX110L models have a manual clutch, a shift pedal and a clutch lever on the handlebars. The seat height for these models is about 29 inches. The emission label located below the handlebar and behind the number plate on the steering head states that it is a 2014 model. Read more.

This recall involves all Magnum and Matrix Fitness 900 Pro Series multi-station strength training towers used at commercial fitness facilities such as health clubs, hotels, apartment complexes and rehabilitation centers; schools and municipal facilities. The machines involved in this recall were sold in various multi-station configurations. The machines include, but are not limited to, the adjustable pulley, the dual adjustable pulley, the triceps push down and the bicep/tricep pull down. This recall includes all 2008 Felt S22 and S32 triathlon bicycles, and 2010 S32, B12, B14 and B16 triathlon bicycles. The bicycles have aluminum frames with carbon fiber forks and aluminum steer tubes. The Felt logo is on the seat, frame and tires. The model number is printed on the frame, next to the Felt logo. The 2008 S22 model was sold in gloss white and the 2008 S32 was sold in gloss red. The 2010 S32 model was sold in gloss black, the 2010 B12 was sold in gloss white, the 2010 B14 was sold in gloss pewter and the 2010 B16 was sold in matte black. Read more.

This recall involves E-Z-GO, Cushman and Bad Boy Buggies brand gas- and electric-powered, four-wheeled vehicles with bench seats for the driver and passengers. Recalled E-Z-GO and Cushman vehicles have serial numbers from 2823208 to 2850425 and from 3000001 to 3003187. Bad Boy Buggies vehicles have serial numbers from 8005089 to 8006013. The brand and model names are printed on the side and front panels of the vehicles. Serial numbers are printed on a plate or label inside the cab below the driver's seat. This recall involves the Excalibur Matrix Mega 405 crossbows. Matrix 405 is printed on a label on the left side of the stock. The crossbow was sold in a mossy oak treestand camouflage pattern. The crossbow measures about 36 inches long and was sold individually or as part of a package with a black scope, four-arrow quiver and bracket, four arrows, four 150-grain field points and a rope-cocking aid.
