This recall involves Swix branded winter jackets with a drawstring in the hood and a drawstring in the waist. They were sold under the name Focus Down Jacket Jr., item number 13162. The jackets were sold in three colors; black, navy and red. They were sold in four European format junior sizes; 128 (8-10yrs), 140 (10-12yrs), 152 (12-14yrs) and 164 (14-16yrs). The front of the jacket has light gray paneling on the upper chest, and the Swix brand logo is on the left chest. The down filled, winter jacket was designed and marketed to winter athletes for use in winter athletics, such as Nordic skiing. The item number can be found on the hang tag. Read more.

This recall involves three styles of hooded children's bath wraps: Animal, Heathered Plush, and Luxe Sherpa. The bath wraps have attached belts and patch pockets. The size and "RH BABY&CHILD" or "baby & child RESTORATION HARDWARE" are printed on a sewn-in label at the neck. The Animal Bath Wraps are made of cotton terry and have faces on the hoods sewn to resemble one of the following animals: Bunny (ivory or petal colors), cat, dog, dragon, elephant, lion, monkey, moose or unicorn. They were sold in sizes 2-3 years, 3-4 years and 4-5 years. The Heathered Plush Bath Wraps are made of a heathered polyester plush fabric and were sold in blue, gray, lilac and pink, and in sizes 18-24 months, 2-3 years, 3-4 years, 4-5 years, 6-7 years and 8-10 years. The Luxe Sherpa Bath Wraps have a jersey exterior made of a polyester, rayon and spandex blend and a polyester sherpa fleece lining. They were sold in charcoal, gray, ivory, lilac, navy and pink, and in sizes 18-24 months, 2-3 years, 3-4 years, 4-5 years, 6-7 years and 8-10 years. This recall involves Bunz Kidz-branded children's sleepwear sets consisting of a robe, top and pants. The sleepwear sets were sold in sizes 2 through 12. The 100% micro polyester fleece robe and pants are white with allover pink star print and the 100% polyester top is pink with Dream in Glitter printed onto the chest in gold. The robe has long-sleeves, a shawl collar, two side seam pockets and a sewn-on tie located at the waist and the pants have an elastic waistband. This recall involves Noah Clothing-branded men's 100% cotton brushed reverse fleece, long sleeve, hooded sweatshirts. The hoodies were sold in black, Kelly green, bright red and light blue colors and in men's sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL. They have a drawstring around the collar of the neck, color contrasting stitching and "NOAH" embroidered on the front pocket. The reverse fleece hoodie is sewn so that the fleece typically seen on the inside of the hoodie is shown on the outside (reverse) everywhere but the pocket and hood. The sewn-in label at the neck states "NOAH" with a red cross underneath. The sewn-in care label has additional information that states "RN 150322." This recall involves Crewcuts boys' denim pants sold in sizes 2 and 3 and only includes pants that were made in Pakistan. Pants with style number J8406 and season FA 19 are included in the recall. A care label sewn into the side seam lists the style number and season. A label sewn into the waistband of the garment lists the size and country of origin and "Crewcuts."
