This recall involves boy's long sleeve hooded jackets sizes 2T to XL. The word "Mecca" is embroidered on the front chest of the garment and on the interior label sewn into the neck of the jacket. There are elastic drawstrings around the neck and waist. The style number can be found on a label sewn into the jacket one inch above the bottom seam on the left side. This recall involves Gerbings and Harley-Davidson® black nylon, 12-volt, heated jacket liners. The jacket liners heat up when plugged into a vehicle, such as a motorcycle or snowmobile. "Gerbing's Heated Clothing" or "Harley Davidson®" is printed on the front left chest of the jacket liners. The Gerbing's jacket liners have model number JKLN and PO# 3796 and Harley-Davidson® jackets have model number 98324-09VM and GM32873, GM32874, GM34188, GM34189, GM34190 or GM34191. The model number, PO number and "Use only 12 Volts" are printed on a label sewn inside next to the jacket liner's front zipper. Read more.

This recall involves seven models of men's and women's 2012 Columbia Omni-Heat™ electric heated jackets. They are polyester and have the Columbia name printed on the front upper left side. The jackets have two battery packs located in inner pouches. Jackets with the following names and style numbers are being recalled:

The style number can be found on both the large white care label and the small white security tag sewn into the left inside seam of the jacket.

This recall involves battery packs that power heating systems in jackets. The black battery packs are 3.25 inches long by 2.3 inches wide by 0.7 inches deep and marked with "Columbia" on the top and "OMNI-HEAT™" on the bottom of the pack. Part number 054978-001 is printed on the side of the battery label. Read more.

This recall involves boys’ long-sleeved zip-front hooded jackets. The jackets were sold in three colors: army green, aqua green and black and have a fake fur lining. The jackets have one of four designs: the number “2” or the letter “B” embroidered on the left front chest; or the word “ROCK” or “AB Sportwear” embroidered across the chest. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-7 or S, M, and L. Either “SX” or “QH” appears on the label stitched at the neck. The jackets have model numbers: 1006, 1029, 1058 and 1061, however the model number only appears on the original hang tag and not on the product. Read more.

This recall involves Class Club brand children's letterman jackets. The 100% polyester jackets were sold in navy with white sleeves in sizes 2 to 3. A patch on the upper, right chest of the jacket reads "28 F Football Athlete State Champs." Style number "F14CL112L" is printed on the back of the sewn-in size label in the back neck. Read more.

This recall involves girls' sweatshirts sold under the brand name "YMI Jeanswear." The sweatshirts have a front zipper and a fur-lined hood with a drawstring stitched to each side. "YMI" is printed on the label at the neck. The sweatshirts were sold in gray, purple, pink and black, with either a snowflake or a flower design on the front and back. A heart charm with "YMI" engraved on it is attached to the zipper. The recalled sweatshirts were sold in children's sizes six through 16. Read more.

This recall involves O'Neill Pluto brand, boy's flannel long sleeve shirts with button front, a hood and two chest pockets. Style name "Pluto Flannel" and Style No. 41204106 is printed on a label sewn inside the wearer's left side seam. "O'NEILL" is printed on a label sewn inside the back neck. The shirts were sold in dark grey with horizontal black stripes and in child sizes small, medium, large and extra large. Read more.

The recalled girls' winter jackets have drawstrings through the hoods. They were sold in girls' sizes 4T, 5, 6 and 6X and in the following colors: pink, turquoise, red and yellow. The jackets are polyester with polyester fill, have a front zipper, snap or Velcro closures, and different designs stamped on the collar, down the front and on the pockets, and a flower or heart design is embroidered on the front of the jackets. This recall involves M.M.M. 100% polyester boys' two-color jogging suits. "M.M.M." appears on the label stitched into the back of the neck. The pants are a solid color matching the jacket, which has a second color on the top of both sleeves and top portion of the jacket. The sets' color combinations include blue and white, gray and blue, and gray and red. The jackets were sold in sizes 4-16. Read more.
