July 22, 2020 Cookware Company Recalls Greenpan SimmerLite Dutch Ovens Due to Burn and Injury Hazards

This recall involves the Greenpan Simmerlite Dutch Oven with Lid. The product was sold in six sizes, 3.5Q-7.0Q, and two colors: Black Metallic and Smokey Sky Blue. The top of the lid says "THE DUTCH OVEN" and "GREENPAN." The bottom of the lid states "Dishwasher Safe. The Dutch Oven Designed and Engineered in Belgium." The bottom of the oven states "Original GreenPan with Magneto2 Induction Technology All Heat Sources Including Induction." There is a four-digit date code laser etched onto the back of the sidehandles. The UPC code is printed on the bottom of the box under the barcode. June 11, 2020 Bonnsu Recalls Miniware Teething Spoons Due to Choking Hazard

The recalled Miniware teething spoons are made from food-grade silicone designed for infants to use during the teething phase, approximately 4-24 months of age. The spoons were sold in a set of two and came in gray, aqua, peach, key lime (green), cotton candy (pink), and lavender colors. "Miniware" is stamped in raised letters on the handle of the spoons. The spoons were also sold in Meal Kit Configurations. The kits were "First Bites" that included spoons, bowl, suction foot, and lid. The spoons colors came in key lime, aqua, cotton candy, lavender, gray and peach. The "First Bites Travel Kit" included a spoon, bowl, suction foot, and travel bag. This recall involves the Fitz and Floyd Nevaeh White can mugs and Nevaeh White lattice can mugs in gold. The mugs are sold individually with UPC 742414338057 and UPC 742414391175 and part of a 4-piece dinnerware set with UPC 742414375946. The UPC numbers are printed on a sticker and placed on the bottom of the individually sold mugs. The mugs can hold 15 ounces, measure about 4 inches tall and about 4 inches in diameter, with a handle. This recall involves the Excalibur EZ DRY 5-tray food dehydrator with model number TTEVM50W or EVM50W. The 600W electric dehydrator is white, weighs 7 pounds and is about 12 inches tall by 15 inches wide. It has a temperature dial with an on/off switch on the front and a vented see-through lid at the top. The model number and embossed date code are printed on a white label on the underside of the unit. The date code for the TTEVM50W model is 3217 and for the EVM50W model the date code is 4017 or 4516. "You're my partner in crime" or "I'd check my voicemail for you" are printed inside the mug on the bottom. The underside of the mugs have the following text printed: Not dishwasher safe. March 14, 2019 Brush Art Recalls WIC Nutrition Plates Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves WIC nutrition plates which illustrate the recommended distribution of the food groups. The plates contain dividers that include labels and colorful pictures showing the portion sizes for protein, grains, vegetables, fruits, and dairy. The plates are 12 inches long x 9 inches wide. The back of WIC Nutrition Plate has the safety label, Brush Art website and logo, date code of 7-18 and location of manufacture.
