October 27, 2022 LG Energy Solution Michigan Recalls Home Energy Storage Batteries Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves LG Energy Solution Model RESU 10H lithium-ion storage batteries that were installed as part of a residential energy solar panel system. The recalled batteries allow owners to capture and store energy from the solar panels. The batteries are wall mounted and measure about 29 by 36 by 8 inches. They weigh roughly 220 pounds. The LG logo is located on the top left side of the front panel. The serial number of the recalled product begins with R15563P3S and is located behind the access door of the RESU home battery. October 20, 2022 Gel Blaster Recalls Gel Blaster SURGE Model 1.0 Toy Guns Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Gel Blaster SURGE Model 1.0. The gel blaster has a white body and is gray around the handle. The word "SURGE" is printed in orange on the side. This recall involves Hyper Products HyperJuice 130W USB-C Battery Pack and Kits. The battery packs were sold in gray and silver and have the same model number - HJ307. The battery packs measure about 3 inches wide and 7 inches long. The model number is printed on a label located at bottom of the battery pack. August 18, 2022 ASUS Computer International Recalls ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Hero Motherboards Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

This recall involves ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Hero computer motherboards sold separately for computers. The recalled motherboards have part number 90MB18E0-MVAAY0. Affected units have a serial number that starts with MA, MB, and MC, which indicates the manufacture year in 2021. The part number is located next to the 24-pin power connector on a white label on the bottom side of the motherboard and on the packaging. March 31, 2022 SOUNDBOKS Recalls Bluetooth Speakers with Lithium-Ion Batteries Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) Bluetooth performance speakers with BATTERYBOKS 3 lithium-ion batteries. The speaker measures about 26.5 inches high by 17 inches wide by 13 inches deep. The grill cover of the speaker was sold in black, white, orange, red or blue. The battery is removable from the speaker and connects through a slot on the side of the speaker, opposite the user interface. Each speaker has a unique serial number printed in the slot-in compartment where the battery goes. Consumers should reference the speaker serial number when contacting SOUNDBOKS. Read more.

This recall involves M2R Pro and Warrior Mini flashlights. The M2R Pro was sold in black, camouflage, desert tan, OD green, Patriotic Edition, gunmetal gray, orange, blue, ocean camouflage, purple, white and antique bronze colors. The dimensions of M2R Pro are approximately 5.37 inches (L) x 1.16 inches (D). The Warrior Mini was sold in black, desert tan, camouflage, spring 2 Ti, summer 2 Ti, autumn 2 Ti, winter 2 Ti, eternal 2 Cu and red colors. The dimensions of Warrior Mini are approximately 4.19 inches (L) x 0.91 inches (D). Olight and M2R Pro or Warrior Mini is printed on the flashlights. Read more.


January 26, 2022 Eguana Technologies Recalls Evolve Home Energy Storage Systems with LG Battery Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves the Eguana Technologies Evolve 0513U Home Energy Storage System. The Evolve system allows owners to capture and store energy from solar panels. Each Evolve system includes between two and six battery modules, and the modules are removable and replaceable by trained installers. The Evolve is a freestanding cabinet that measures nearly three feet high and four feet long. The Eguana logo is located on the left door towards the center. The serial number range of the systems containing recalled batteries is between ET-000200 and ET-000600. The serial number is located inside the cabinet toward the bottom left of the unit. December 1, 2021 Halo Recalls Promotional Children's Projector Flashlights Due to Button Battery Ingestion and Choking Hazards

This recall involves five models of children's projector flashlights: Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Avengers and ESPN. They have a key chain on one end and a flashlight projector on the other end. The model name is imprinted on the middle of the flashlight. The flashlights are red, dark blue or light blue. They measure 3 inches long and .5 inches in diameter. The recalled flashlights were part of a Disney-branded care package that also includes a tote bag, silicone wristband, playing cards, ink pen, journal, wall decals and a set of postcards. This recall involves DEWALT Jobsite Pro Wireless Earphones. The earphones have a black and yellow neckband with wired earbuds. Manufacture codes included in this recall are D4 1910, D4 1912, D4 2003, D4 2004, D4 2006, D4 2009, D4 2011, D4 2012, D4 2101, D4 2103, and D4 2104. This recall involves seven models of myCharge powerbanks used for powering and recharging electronic devices that have a USB interface, such as tablets, cell phones, Bluetooth speakers, e-readers, etc. The powerbanks have an anodized metallic case that is blue, black or gray. "myCharge" is written on the front of the product case. The model name can be found on the back of the product case and on the bottom panel of the product packaging. The date code is printed on the outer packaging and the product case, except for the Adventure Mega and Adventure Mega C models where the date code is printed on the underside of a flap on the top of the product case.
