This recall involves certain Camplux brand portable tankless water heaters with model numbers AY132, BD158, BW211, BW264, and BW422, with the following sizes and manufacturing dates: Model Product Details Manufacture Date AY132 5L 1.32 GPM 34,000 btu/hr On or before September 17, 2021 BD158 6L 1.58 GPM 41,000 btu/hr On or before November 17, 2021 BW211 8L 2.11 GPM 55,000 btu/hr On or before November 17, 2021 BW264 12.8L 2.64 GPM 68,000 btu/hr On or before November 17, 2021 BW422 16L 4.22 GPM 110,000 btu/hr On or before December 20, 2021 These water heaters were designed and intended for outdoor use with an attached propane tank to quickly heat water for showering or other hot water needs. The water heaters were sold in white, black, and silver/gray colors. The "Camplux" logo is printed on the front of the unit. The product label is located on the side of the unit and includes the model, size and other product details, serial numbers, and brand information. Consumers will be directed to take a photograph of the label on their Camplux water heater product and send to Camplux to confirm that they have a recalled water heater to receive the replacement gas regulator. July 13, 2023 ECR International Recalls Gas-Fired Hot Water Residential Boilers Due to Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Hazard

This recall involves gas-fired hot water residential boilers with brand names Dunkirk, Utica Boilers, Utica Heating, Pennco, Green Mountain and Columbia and with model numbers DXL-K, MGB-K, UH15B-K, 15B-K, GMGW-K, or MCB-K respectively. The boilers are blue and/or gray in color, 32 inches tall, 13 to 27 inches wide and 26 inches deep. The model and serial numbers are located on the boiler rating plate in the front left corner of the top panel. This recall involves atmospherically vented propane and natural gas water heaters in 30, 40, 50 and 60 gallon capacities. The recalled water heaters are white with a red "Giant" logo decal on the front. The water heaters have a nameplate near the gas valve with the model number, date of manufacture and serial number. November 13, 2014 Tankless Water Heaters Recalled Due to Fire Hazard; Manufactured by Daesung Celtic Enersys; Distributed Exclusively by Challenger Supply Holdings

This recall involves all models of single- and dual-purpose Coaire and Quietside brand tankless gas water heaters. The recalled water heaters heat either 4 or 7.2 gallons of water per minute. They are white and come in the following dimension ranges: 25-28 inches tall x 15-19 inches wide x 8-14 inches thick. The words "S-Line Condensing" are on the top front and brand names "Coaire" or "Quietside" are on the bottom front of the recalled water heaters. Read more.


December 27, 2011 Navien Recalls Tankless Water Heaters Due to Risk of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Navien tankless hot water heaters are white with “T-Creator” and “NAVIEN” on the front. Recalled model numbers are CR-180(A), CR-210(A), CR-240(A), CC-180(A), CC-210(A) and CC-240(A) manufactured in 2008. A label on the side of the water heater lists the model number along with the manufacturing year in YYYY format. Read more.


December 22, 2009 Temperature and Pressure Relief Valves for Large Water Heaters Recalled by Watts Regulator Due to Rupture and Burn Hazards

This recall involves the one-inch 140X-9 Temperature and Pressure Relief valves, which are typically used in large water heaters for commercial buildings or possibly for large homes. The valves bear item codes 0259844 (75 psi/210°F); 0259924 (100 psi/210°F); 0259708 (150 psi/210°F); 0259925 (125 psi/210°F); and 0259930 (150 psi/210°F). The affected date codes are 0641R through 0930R. The date code is printed after the model number “M15” on a green metal tag fastened to the pressure relief valve. Read more.

This recall involves 75 gallon natural and propane gas water heaters. “A.O. Smith” or “State” is printed on the side of the unit. A.O. March 19, 2007 Laars Heating Systems Recalls Gas Boilers and Water Heaters Due to Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Hazard

This recall involves Laars 9600 CB Condensing Heating Boilers and Laars 9600 HWG Condensing Water Heaters with black vent pipe/tubing. The recalled boilers are used to generate hot water for heating systems including baseboards or radiant flooring. The recalled water heaters generate hot water for use in homes, such as showers, sinks and dishwashers. "Mark II" and "9600 CB" or "9600 HWG" are printed on the front of the boilers and water heaters. The model number and BTU size are printed on the right side of the unit.
