This recall involves gas-fired hot water residential boilers with brand names Dunkirk, Utica Boilers, Utica Heating, Pennco, Green Mountain and Columbia and with model numbers DXL-K, MGB-K, UH15B-K, 15B-K, GMGW-K, or MCB-K respectively. The boilers are blue and/or gray in color, 32 inches tall, 13 to 27 inches wide and 26 inches deep. The model and serial numbers are located on the boiler rating plate in the front left corner of the top panel. The furnaces weigh between 129 and 170 pounds and were sold between September 2022 and March 2023. This recall involves dual voltage Steamfast brand Home and Away Travel Steam Irons with model numbers SF-717, SF-720 and SF-727 and with date codes between January 2008 and March 2017, and Brookstone Steam Bug Travel Steam Irons with model number 606335. The recalled units have the Q3452B2100/B pilot with the 90-degree mounting bracket. The brand names "Burnham Commercial" for the Series 8 and "Crown Boiler" for the Series 16H are stamped in metal on the front cover. The model and serial number can be found on the boiler rating plate located on the vestibule panel located behind the front jacket panel of the boiler. The electric space heaters are black and measure about 12.5 inches high by 6 inches wide by 6 inches in diameter and have two heat settings (low and high) and a fan only/no heat setting.
