February 21, 2013 Electric Blower Vacuums Recalled by OWT Industries Due to Laceration Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Walmart

This recall involves Expert Gardener electric blower vacuums with two different model and serial number ranges, including model 20254EG with serial numbers BMP3010001 through BMR3311972, and model 20254EGC with serial numbers EUP3120001 through EUP3630730. Model and serial numbers are located on a label on the left side of the motor housing. The blower vacuums are green and black. "Expert Gardener" and "BlowerVac 2 Speed Quiet 150 MPH Powerful 220 MPH" are printed on the side of the green motor housing and on the black plastic blower tube.

June 19, 2012 Air Movers Recalled by EDIC Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves air movers/blowers that are used to dry floors in homes and other buildings. "Aqua Dri" is printed on the top of some of the air movers. Model "3004AD" or model "3004ADxxx" (with additional letters) is printed on the serial number plate on the back of the units. Model numbers with "N" are not included in this recall. The air movers' plastic housing measures about 18 inches high by 18 inches long by 18 inches deep and has a 25-foot yellow electrical cord. Read more.



July 21, 2011 Homelite Recalls Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner Attachments Due to Laceration Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Home Depot

This recall involves drum-shaped surface cleaner attachments for pressure washers. The pressure washer attachments were sold in orange or red colors and have hexagonal brass-colored nozzles inside a 15-inch plastic drum holding the spray bar. They were sold with Homelite pressure washer models HL80833 and HL80835. They were sold separately as Powercare model AP31022A and EZ Clean model AEZ231022. Read more.


February 9, 2011 Hoover Recalls WindTunnel Canister Vacuums Due to Fire and Shock Hazards

This recall involves the Hoover WindTunnel Bagless Canister Vacuum model S3755. The vacuum is silver and black in color, and comes with a power nozzle. The model number can be found on a label on the bottom of the canister. Read more.

July 30, 2009 Sherwin-Williams Recalls Purdy Scrapers Due to Laceration Hazard

July 16, 2009 Steam Cleaners Recalled by Thane International Due to Shock and Burn Hazards

The H2O Mop is an electrically-powered appliance for cleaning a variety of floor surfaces that uses microfiber or disposable cloths on a cleaning head through which steam is dispersed. H2O Mops are white with a purple water tank with the “H20” and “M” symbol printed on the top of the cleaning head. The model numbers of affected units are 808.092 and OEM-TV-001. This recall only includes H2O Mops with the following reference numbers printed on the label on the back of the product: 200709198 to 200803148 or H20M1000 to M-H20M1198. Read more.


April 29, 2009 HMI Industries Recalls Floor Cleaners Due to Burn Hazard
