December 10, 2009 OSRAM SYLVANIA Recalls Portable Nightlights Due to Electric Shock Hazard

This recall involves LED Rocketship PalPODzzz™ portable nightlights with model number 72174. The product can also be used as an emergency light or a flashlight. The nightlight is shaped as a rocket ship and sits in a plastic recharging base that plugs into the wall. The model number and date codes “0808” or “0908” are printed on the label attached to the bottom cover of the recharging base. Read more.


July 14, 2009 Energizer Wallplate Nightlights Recalled Due to Fire Hazard

The recalled wall light is white, plugs into the wall, has a plug in base into which additional devices can be plugged, and has a removable/rechargeable light/flashlight. Model LODNLWP is stamped on the back of the unit. The wall light measures about 6 inches high, 5 inches wide, and 3 inches deep. No other Light on Demand products are included in this recall. May 19, 2004 Avon Products Inc. Recall to Repair Snowman Nightlight Diffuser

The diffuser nightlight has a white plastic base. A porcelain snowman attaches to the plastic nightlight to cover the nightlight bulb. The nightlight comes with winter holly scented oil that is placed in the snowman's top hat. Read more.
