This recall involves Thompson's WaterSeal waterproofing wood and masonry protectors in aerosol cans. The products are used to coat exterior wood to prevent water damage. The aerosol cans are 11 ounces and have a green or blue cap. "Thompson's WaterSeal," "Wood Protector" or "Masonry Protector," the item number and UPC code are printed on the can. This recall involves folding chairs sold with three-piece patio bistro sets. Each set contains two folding chairs and a folding table. The chairs have a black steel frame and dark stained wooden seats and backs. November 19, 2010 Motorized Awnings Recalled by Somfy Systems Due to Shock Hazard

This recall involves the Sunea CMO RTS motor used to operate retractable awnings. The awning motor heads are silver and black-colored. “Somfy” is printed on the motor head. Motor heads that are entirely black in color are not included in this recall. The Sunea CMO RTS model numbers included in this recall are 525A2, 535A2 and 550R2. May 13, 2009 Composite Decks Recalled by Louisiana-Pacific; Decks Can Deteriorate and Break, Posing Fall Hazard

The recall includes outdoor deck board and railings sold under the brand names LP WeatherBest®, ABTCo., and Veranda®. They are composite products that look similar to natural wood and were sold in various colors including Tuscan Walnut/Chestnut, Driftwood Grey/Greystone, Pacific Cedar and Western Redwood. July 3, 2008 Outdoor Canopies Sold Exclusively at BJ's Wholesale Club Recalled by Wanda Technology Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves the outdoor canopies with “Code Number: 1020-8-WT2007”. The canopies are white, measure 10’ X 20’, and have a metal frame with four corner posts that support a fabric top which shields the user from the sun. GeoDeck™ is a composite decking product that looks similar to natural wood and is sold in three colors including: driftwood, cedar and mahogany. The decking materials were manufactured between April 2002 and October 2003. Each decking and railing component has a manufacturing date stamp (day/month/year) on the cut end, which may still be visible on uninstalled materials. Read more.
