March 21, 2024 Twenty Four Six Foods Recalls Happiness USA Roller Ball Candy Due to Choking Hazards

This recall involves all flavors of Happiness USA liquid rolling candy. The candy comes in blue raspberry, strawberry and green apple flavors, consisting of about one fluid ounce of liquid candy. Each roller ball candy contains a flavored liquid candy with a rolling ball applicator to apply onto the tongue. The bottle is resealable with a twist on plastic cap. "Funtime Roller Ball Candy" is printed on the front. "Happiness USA" branding and warning labels are printed on the back. Read more.


April 6, 2023 Monti Kids Recalls Basket with Balls Toys Due to Choking Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Basket of Balls with a ball that contains a blue crochet ball included in the Monti Kids Tummy-Time, 4-6 M Play and Early Gross Motor subscription boxes. The Basket with Balls has a blue crochet ball, a wooden ball and a red rubber ball that measure about 3.5 inches by 3.5 inches by 4 inches. MontiKids is printed on a label sewn inside of the basket. July 22, 2020 Manhattan Toy Recalls 'Manhattan Ball' Activity Toys Due to Choking Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Target

This recall involves 'Manhattan Ball' plastic activity toys. The toy has a hard plastic center ball with 12 soft plastic tubes inserted into the center ball and 7 silicone teethers threaded on the tubes. "The Manhattan Toy Company" and lot code 325700EL or 325700IL are printed on the center ball. Read more.


October 5, 2017 Toys "R" Us Recalls Infant Wiggle Balls Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves Bruin Infant Wiggle Ball toys also called a giggle ball. The blue ball has textured bumps for gripping and has orange, green and yellow rubber knobs around the ball. The ball wiggles, vibrates and plays three different musical tunes. It has an on/off switch and requires 3 AA batteries to operate. The recalled wiggle balls have model number 5F6342E and Toys "R" Us printed on the product. Read more.


March 2, 2017 Kids II Recalls Oball Rattles Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves Oball Rattles in pink, blue, green and orange with model number 81031 printed on the inner surface of one of the plastic discs and on the packaging. The balls have 28 finger holes and measure four inches in diameter. Embedded in the rattles are a clear plastic disc with all orange beads and two clear plastic discs with beads of varying colors on the perimeter. Only rattles with date codes T0486, T1456, T2316, T2856 and T3065 located on a small triangle on the inner surface of the rattle are included in the recall. The first three numbers represent the day of the year and the last digit represents the year of production. Read more.


December 17, 2012 Dunecraft Recalls Water Balz, Skulls, Orbs and Flower Toys Due to Serious Ingestion Hazard

This recall involves marble-sized toys that absorb water and grow up to 400 times their original size. They were sold as Water Balz (round-shape), Growing Skulls (skull-shape), H2O Orbs "Despicable Me" (round-shape) and Fabulous Flowers (flower-shape). They were sold in packages of six in green, yellow, red, blue and black colors. "Dunecraft," the name of the toy and the model number are printed on the toy's packaging. Read more.


April 30, 2010 Sportime Recalls Sports Balls Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The recall involves the following SchoolSmart TechnoSkin Coated Foam Balls and TechStitched Soccer Balls. The TechnoSkin Foam Balls measure between 2 ¾ and 8 ¼ inches in diameter. The Sportime TechStitched Soccer Ball is a standard size soccer ball. Read more.

The product is a plastic flashing eyeball toy filled with liquid. The model numbers of this product are: 27828, 27544 and 06470. The model number is found on the back of the packaging. The writing on the packaging reads, "FLASHING EVIL EYE," and "TRY ME!" Read more.
