Description: The glass jar candles have glass lids and weigh about 18 oz. Hazard: The glass lid can break when the jar is being opened, posing a laceration hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the candles and call MVP to arrange for a full refund. If jars are unopened, consumers should not attempt to open them.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been 16 reported incidents resulting in laceration injuries, some requiring medical attention, including one requiring stitches.

Sold At: Big Lots, Dollar General and Family Dollar stores between February 2015 and November 2015 for about $5.
