Recall: Ramart Recalls Swing Chairs Due to Fall Hazard; Sold Exclusively at HomeGoods Stores

Description: This recall involves green, apple-shaped swing chairs and brown, teardrop-shaped swing chairs. They hang from a chain connected to a metal stand with a circle-shaped base. The chairs are made from plastic rattan and have red cushions. The chairs measure about 42 inches in diameter and 43 inches tall with a 48-inch-wide seat cushion. The stand measures about 77 inches tall.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled swing chairs and return them to a HomeGoods store for a full refund.

Incidents/Injuries: HomeGoods has received 11 reports of the swing chairs tipping over with consumers in them, including four reports of injuries to adults and a baby.

Sold At: HomeGoods stores nationwide from March 2015 through May 2015 for about $400.
