Hazard: Bottles have a child-resistant cap that can become loose. Chemicals in this product can cause skin irritation, internal injury or death if ingested.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately discontinue use of the product, ensure that the cap is secured on the bottle, keep out of the reach and sight of children and contact Hoppe's for a free replacement product and disposal instructions.

Incidents/Injuries: Hoppe's has received one report of a child opening a loose cap and spilling the product on himself. No injuries have been reported.

Sold At: Gander Mountain, Walmart and various retail distribution outlets from January 2010 through July 2014 for about $12.
