January 28, 2014 Reebok-CCM Recalls Senior Hockey Elbow Pads Due to Risk of Elbow Injury

This recall involves the Reebok EP20K Senior (SR) Hockey Elbow Pads with, all-foam elbow caps. The pads are white with grey and black colored fabric. The word Reebok appears on the upper and lower arm sections of each elbow pad, and the words 20K PRO appears on the forearm of each pad. There are three Velcro brand closure bands on each elbow pad. The product code K101SR EP20K is located on the inside label of each elbow pad and on the outside of the polybag in which some products were packaged. The elbow pad comes in S, M, L and XL. December 11, 2007 Gamenamics Inc. Recalls Air-Powered Hockey Tables Due to Burn Hazard

This recall involves cordless air-powered hockey tables with a rechargeable battery. The table can be folded and moved on attached wheels. The tables are 72-inches long and 38-inches wide and have a predominantly white surface with a bright blue aluminum rail. The playing surface contains the words “Jet Fan Hockey”. The recalled items have the numbers SG-504-6c and 73058 printed on the product’s carton. Read more.
