This recall involves certain Ski-Doo model year 2022 snowmobiles equipped with 850 E-TEC and 850 E-TEC Turbo engines. The vehicles were sold in a variety of colors. Ski-Doo and the model name are printed on the side panels of the vehicles. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is on the decal located on the right-hand side of tunnel underneath the seat. This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2022 PATRIOT BOOST RMK KHAOS and Model Year 2022 PATRIOT BOOST PRO RMK. The recalled snowmobiles were sold in the following color combinations: black, black/blue, neon/orange, and red/white. Polaris and the model name are printed on the chassis on both sides of the snowmobiles. The model year and VIN are stamped on the right side of the tunnel. July 28, 2022 Black Diamond Equipment Recalls PIEPS and Black Diamond Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications

This recall involves the PIEPS Pro BT, Powder BT, DSP Sport, DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, Micro BT Button, Micro BT Sensor and Micro BT Race avalanche transceivers and the Black Diamond branded Recon BT and Guide BT avalanche transceivers. All the transceivers are plastic with an LCD screen. They measure about 5 inches long by 3 inches wide and the colors vary by model. The transceivers have PIEPS or the Black Diamond logo printed on the front of the unit and the model name printed either on the front or rear of the unit. June 2, 2022 Elevate Outdoor Collective Recalls Backcountry Access Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications

This recall involves the Backcountry Access Tracker4 Avalanche Transceiver sold in yellow and black. The transceiver has a digital screen on the front and is about five inches long and three inches wide. "BCA" and the model name "Tracker4" are printed on the front of the unit. The serial number for a transceiver is located inside the battery compartment after removing the top AAA battery. Only the transceivers with serial numbers beginning with 21H05 or 21H06 are affected by this recall. Read more.

April 12, 2021 Black Diamond Recalls PIEPS DSP Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications; One Death Reported

This recall involves all PIEPS DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, and DSP Sport Avalanche Transceivers. The transceivers are worn by skiers so they can be located if they are buried in an avalanche. The units were sold in one size with an LCD display, a slider switch with Off/Search/Send, and are powered by a battery. The devices have a green/yellow, black/yellow, or clear/yellow exterior. The transceivers come with a black neoprene carrying case. The manufacturer's name, PIEPS, is printed in black letters on the front of the unit with the model name DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, and DSP Sport. The recall includes PIEPS DSP Sport Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. PP1128040000ALL1; PIEPS DSP Pro Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. PP1127710000ALL1; and PIEPS DSP Pro Ice Avalanche Transceiver MODEL NO. PP1127700000ALL1. April 9, 2020 Camso Recalls Yeti SnowMX Conversion Kits Due to Crash Hazard

This recall involves Yeti Snow MX kits used to convert dirt bike motorcycles into snow bikes for use in snow. The kit allows the replacement of the front wheel of a motorbike with a ski and rear suspension and wheels with a track system, and the addition of appropriate brakes with other components. The Yeti Snow MX kits have a serial number starting with YE3XXXX or 964XXXX located under the unit. The Yeti logo is printed on the side of the product.
