February 22, 2018 Monster Moto Recalls Mini Bikes Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves model "MM-B212" off-road mini bikes. The recalled bikes have a black powder-coated, gusset-reinforced, welded tube steel frame. Attached to the frame are two pneumatic tires with steel rims that measure 19 inches by 7 inches, a front fork with shocks, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, and a head light. The bikes are powered by a pull start self-contained 212cc, 7.5 hp gas engine and have a retractable kick stand. The mini bikes weigh 164 pounds and measure 64 inches long by 32.5 inches wide by 36 inches tall. There are two circular "MM 212" decals on the pull start and the transmission cover located on the left and right side of the bikes, a "Monster Moto" decal on the left and right shock absorbers, and an "MM 212" and Monster Moto logo on the left and right frame gussets. September 9, 2015 Mini Bikes Recalled by Baja Motorsports Due to Fall and Crash Hazards; Sold Exclusively at Tractor Supply Company

This recall involves Baja Motorsports gas-powered mini bikes manufactured during November 2014 and December 2014. The recalled mini bikes have a black frame with a black padded seat, a storage tank and fenders that are camouflage, side reflectors, a headlight and a tail light. A decal with model number "Baja Warrior 200" inside a circle with wings attached is on both sides of the storage tank. The date of manufacture is printed on the bottom right of the Vehicle Emissions Control Information label in the MM/YY format. The label is attached to the front side of the engine. Read more.


November 19, 2013 Baja Motorsports Recalls Mini Bikes Due to Fall, Crash Hazard

This recall involves Baja Motorsports MB200 gas-powered mini bikes manufactured from August 2010 through August 2012. The recalled mini bikes have a black frame with a black padded seat, a gas tank and fenders that are black, red or yellow, side reflectors and a headlight. A decal with the words "Baja" and "Warrior" and the number 200 inside a circle with wings attached is on both sides of the gas tank. "Baja 200cc" is on the engine cover on the right side of the minibike. This mini bike may also be known as WR96, WR200, Baja Heat, Baja Carbon and Mini Baja. The date of manufacture is on the bottom right of the Vehicle Emissions Control Information label in the MM/YY format. The label is attached to the front side of the engine. Read more.


July 15, 2010 Baja Motorsports Recalls Mini Bikes and Go-Carts Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

This recall involved Baja Motorsports mini bikes with model numbers beginning with HT65, MB165, WR65, MB196, DB30, WR90 and DR90 and go-carts with model numbers BB65, SD65, DN65 and TR65. The model number is located on the mini bikes’ fenders and/or decorative fuel tank and on the go-carts’ roll cage. They both have black plastic gas caps. Read more.
