March 30, 2023 Delta Enterprise Corp. Recalls 2-in-1 Outdoor Kids Swings Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves 2-in-1 Outdoor Kids Swing with model numbers SW86508MM, SW86516MN, SW86575MM, SW86576MN and SW86577PW. The model number is printed on a Delta Children's label with a blue heart on the bottom of the swing. The swings are made of plastic and have a bucket seat with a three-point safety harness and a high back that has a silhouette of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse or PAW Patrol on top. The swings measure 16 inches wide by 10.8 inches deep and 22.2 inches high. Included rope measures 36 inches from the top of the swing. The swing is recommended for children ages 9 months through 4 years old and holds up to 50 pounds. Read more.


May 13, 2021 Leisure Time Products Recalls Brutus Swing Sets Due to Injury Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Backyard Discovery Big Brutus, Little Brutus and Mini Brutus metal swing sets with the following manufacture codes: 03/2019-O, 02/2020-T, 03/2020-T, 04/2020-T, 05/2020-O, and 07/2020-O; and manufacture dates March 2019 through July 2020. The swing sets have a green top tube with white legs and green cross braces. The manufacture code and manufacture date are located on the label on the leg of the swing set. Read more.


December 19, 2019 BCI Burke Recalls Merge Playground Climbers Due to Entrapment Hazard

September 24, 2015 Rainbow Play Systems Recalls Plastic Yellow Trapeze Rings Due to Fall Hazard; Manufactured by Nylacarb

This recall involves only the yellow plastic trapeze rings. They are triangular in shape with rounded sides and have a loop at the top. They measure about 8½ inches high by 6½ inches wide. The yellow rings come as a pair and were connected to a trapeze bar. They were sold either as a separate component or as an attachment on the following Rainbow®-branded residential wooden playsets: All-American, Backyard Circus, Carnival, Fiesta, King Kong, Monster, Sunray, Sunshine and Rainbow. All of these playsets have an aluminum plate located on the front of the wooden swing beam with the following name stamped on it, "Playgrounds America," "Rainbow Play Systems Inc.," or "Sunray Premium Playgrounds." December 23, 2013 Landscape Structures Recalls Oodle Swings Due to Injury Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Landscape Structures' Oodle Swings. The swing frame is a double arch, comes in a variety of colors and measures 9 ½ ft. high by 13 ½ ft. long by 4 ½ ft. wide. The swing seat is an oval-shaped ring, measures 4 ft. wide by about 3 ½ ft. deep, comes in a variety of colors and is suspended from the frame by four black cables or chains. The swing seat holds as many as six children. Landscape Structures is printed on label near ground level on the frame. The swing set's model number 173592 is printed in the swing's instruction manual. "Landscape Structures" is molded in the black rubber bumper of the swing seat. Read more.


December 11, 2013 Solowave Recalls Home Playground Tube Slides with Port Holes Due to Laceration Hazard

This recall involves Solowave Tornado brand home playground tube slides with port holes. The slides are green, six or seven feet long and have three or five port hole-style plastic windows in the sides. The slides were sold with Solowave's Centennial, Centennial II, Lexington, Rocky Mountain Deluxe and Sheridan play systems and were also sold separately. September 27, 2012 Cyclone Swing Seats Recalled by ADS Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves green, blue or yellow plastic, disc-shaped Cyclone swing seats. The swings are about 12 inches in diameter and have a cone-shaped plastic piece in the middle to hold the swing's rope. Only swings with date codes "2012 5 18" through "2012 6 25" stamped on the underside in black are included in this recall. Read more.

May 17, 2012 Aqua-Leisure Recalls Children's Trampolines Due to Fall Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Toys "R" Us Stores

This recall involves First Fitness Kid’s First trampolines with handlebars. The child-size toy trampolines have a red and blue metal handlebar, a blue nylon deck guard and a black jumping deck. “First Fitness” is embossed on the jumping deck in white letters. The trampolines can be identified by model number FF-6902TR and Toys R Us SKN 491463. The model and store numbers can be found on the lower right corner of the back of the packaging. A sewn-in tag on the bottom of the deck lists the factory date code of five numbers followed by “GLTX.” Read more.
