This recall involves Rollerblade Fury Black/White and Fury G Black/Pink youth inline skates. The skates were sold in three adjustable sizes, with ranges of 12J-2, 2-6 and 5-8. "Rollerblade" is printed on the frame of the skate, on the wheels and on the power strap. SKU number FURY B BKWH 07067000787 or FURY G BKPK 070671007Y9 is printed on the skate tongue label. This recall involves the following K2 Sports skate models. K2 is printed on the toe and wheels of the skates and the model name is printed on the label found on the tongue of the skate as well as the Velcro ankle strap. The Item Number can be found on the product ID sticker on the skate packaging and is the first ten numbers of the thirteen digit product code (PROD CODE). This recall involves black Rollerblade brand Maxxum helmets. "Rollerblade" is printed on the side of the helmet, a white inline skate logo is printed on the back of the helmet and a label on the inside of the helmet contains the model number "YJ-219" and production date of October 2014 or earlier. Uvex Funride ski helmets come in two adult sizes XS-M, and L-XL. Individual sizing is adjusted by a small dial located at the rear of the helmet. The helmets feature a chin strap, ear protection and the word "Uvex" printed toward the back of the helmet. The interior label on affected helmets bears the code "S-58B" or "S-58C".
