This recall involves the BrushX Styler, Dryer & Volumizer, also called the BrushX One; and the BrushX Gen.2 hot air brushes. The brushes were sold in black and black/pink color combinations. May 15, 2019 Hush Recalls Anesthetic Gels, Sprays and Foam Soaps Due to Failure to Meet Child Resistant Closure Requirement; Risk of Poisoning

This recall involves Hush gel, spray and foam soap products containing 4% lidocaine. The gel and spray were sold in 2 and 4-ounce sizes and the foam soap was sold in 1.7-ounce size. The bottles are white or black and have printed in green at the front the Hush logo or the phrase Hush and the type of product. The Drug Facts label is on the back. December 16, 2013 Wahl Recalls Total Care Aerosol Cleaner Due to Burn Hazard

This recall involves Wahl Total Care products used to clean and lubricate hair clippers, trimmers and shavers. The product was sold in six ounce aerosol cans. The white label on the can reads "Wahl Total Care" and "Clipper, Trimmer, Shaver." Model number 03772 is printed on the back of the can. Read more.


June 2, 2005 Generic Value Products Recall of GVP Hair Straightening Irons

This hair straightening iron has a black housing with golden-colored ceramic heating plates. "Generic Value Products™" is written on the top of the iron and "GVP™" is written in a white circle on the side of the iron. The iron was packaged in a black and white box with the letters GVP™ in large type in the upper left hand front corner. The SKU is 264800, which is written on the packaging. Read more.
