Recalls: Batteries and Chargers
The recall involves a lithium-polymer battery charger and batteries sold with the AT600 Falcon Helicopter kit. The recall also includes any spare battery (Model AT600B) or spare charger (Model ATS6046) purchased for this kit. Read more.
The recall includes battery chargers sold with certain model numbers of both 19.2 and 21.6 volt NiCad battery packs. The battery model number is located on a label on the bottom of the battery pack. The power tool’s model number is stamped onto the inside lid of the tool set’s plastic carrying case. Read more.
The N.I.C.E. P200 is a black portable navigation and entertainment device that can be attached to a vehicle’s windshield. The device has a 4-inch touch screen LCD monitor and contains one lithium battery. “Clarion” and “N.I.C.E. P200” are printed on the device. “Clarion NAVBATTERY” is printed on the battery. The recall includes any N.I.C.E. P200 in which batteries were previously replaced. Read more.
The recalled lithium-ion batteries were sold with, or sold separately to be used with the following notebook computer models: Satellite A100, Satellite A105 and Tecra A7. The battery model is printed on the battery. Read more.
The recalled batteries are used to power drills, saws, radios, flashlights, wrenches and Extractor windshield glass removers. The recall includes 14.4 and 18 volt 2.4 Ah NiCd Milwaukee Power Plus, Chicago Pneumatic, and Extractor battery packs manufactured between July 1999 and February 2004. The brand name can be found on a label on most battery packs. However, some 14.4 Volt 2.4Ah packs did not have "Power Plus" on the label. The battery packs were sold both with tool kits and as individual battery packs. Battery packs manufactured after February 2004 are not included in this recall. Read more.
The recalled battery packs were shipped as the primary or spare battery pack for some Gateway 400VTX and 450ROG series notebooks, and are identified by part numbers: 6500760 or 6500761. The part number and "made by SMP" are printed on a label on the underside of the battery pack. Read more.
This recall involves Sky Squadron Model 4153 (sold at RadioShack) and Sky Rangers Model 4161 (sold at Wal-Mart) radio controlled airplanes with rechargeable lithium batteries. The airplanes have a wingspan of about 18- to 20-inches and a polystyrene foam fuselage. Model 4153 is a blue Corsair single engine airplane with a Number 15 decal and a black and blue transmitter/charger. Model 4161 is a red twin engine plane with an all-black transmitter/charger. Lenovo sold these extended-life batteries with new ThinkPad notebook PCs or as optional or replacement batteries for the following ThinkPad notebook models: R Series (R60 and R60e), T Series (T60 and T60p) and Z Series (Z60m, Z61e, Z61m, and Z61p). The recalled 9-cell batteries have the following part number, which can be found on the battery label: FRU P/N 92P1131. Read more.

The recalled batteries are found in Light & Motion 2004 ARC Li-Ion HID lighting systems. The lights are black with "ARC" and "LIGHT & MOTION" written in yellow letters. The recall includes only batteries with a manufacturer date code of 1003 or 1103. The date code is stamped on the bottom of the battery and "LIGHT & MOTION" is printed on the side of the battery.
