The product is QVC item H189749, a metallic spinning candle holder with 12 soy tea lights. The candle holders come in four colors - red, green, silver and gold. The candle holder has a base that holds a tea light and a shade which is attached to the center of the base by an approximately six inch vertical metal rod.
