This recall involves Ballard Designs "Stafford" step stools made of wood painted black or white. "Ballard Designs" is printed on a sticker under the bottom of the step. "Made in China" is printed on the underside bottom of the step stools. Also printed on the underside bottom of the step stools is one of the following five numbers: 100097963, 100099019, 100097230, 100100584 or 100102942. All recalled stools also have four plastic tabs affixed to the feet of the step stool. Read more.

The Circo step stool has a lid on the bottom step that lifts to provide storage. The Do Your Room (DYR) step stool has a lid on the top step that lifts to provide storage. This recall involves all Realspace™ PRO 3000 Series Custom Fit desk chairs. The mid-back fabric chairs were sold in black and have SKU number 996-190. The date of manufacture, P.O. number and "Made in China" are printed on labels located on the underside of the seat bottom. Affected chairs have a manufacture date between March 2009 and May 2011, listed in Year/Month/Date format (e.g. date code 20100812 represents August 12, 2010). Read more.

The recalled chairs have a natural finish made of acacia wood with SKU number 400058432585 or 400058432608 printed on the price tag. The price tag is white and located on the front of the seat’s chair. There are no other markings on the chair. Read more.
The stool is a an adjustable-height solid wood, 3-legged stool sold unassembled. The seat is 11 3/4-inch diameter. The stool height adjusts from 17 inches to 25 inches. A "Made in China" sticker is on the underside of the seat. Read more.
The recalled product is a lightweight, polyester chair for children three months and older, up to 75 pounds. The chairs include a detachable sun canopy, detachable tray, three-point harness, and a polyester carry bag. There are holes in the seat to allow for standing. The chairs differ in color scheme only as follows: model 80325 is brown with blue polka dots, 80326 is brown with green polka dots and 80327 is brown with pink polka dots. This recall involves all Steelcase Cachet swivel chairs with model number 487 manufactured between May 2002 and October 15, 2009. The chairs have a plastic slotted seat and back design and some were sold with back and seat cushions. This recall involves L.L.Bean folding camp rockers with a fabric cover and a steel frame. The rockers have a fabric/mesh seat and back and a cup holder on the right armrest. "L.L.Bean" is printed on the seat back. Rockers with the number RNR113 and RNR114 listed on the white tag under the seat are included in the recall.
