This recall involves "Well at Walgreens" Multivitamin Women 50+ tablets. The white plastic bottles contain 200 multivitamin tablets. "Well at Walgreens Multivitamin Women 50+" is printed on the bottle's white and silver label. A yellow band at the top of the label states "Value Size." UPC number 3-11917-17262-0 and one of the following lot numbers 000001 (EXP 9/2016), 000002 (EXP 12/2016) or 000003 (EXP 11/2016) are printed on the back of the bottles on a white label. Read more.

This recall involves all 60-count bags of cherry flavor Soft Chews Iron with Vitamin C dietary supplements. The pink re-sealable bag has an image of cherries and a leaf on the front of the package. "Soft Chews Iron with Vitamin C," "Cherry flavor," "Bariatric Fusion," "60 Soft Chews" and "Dietary Supplement" are also on the front. Lot number 14191C2 is printed near the bottom of the back of the bags being recalled. Read more.

This recall involves Hoppe's Semi-Auto Gun Bore Cleaner. This product is packaged in a brown 5-ounce plastic bottle with a blue and yellow label and black cap. The recalled item number is SA904 and can be found above the UPC code on the label. Read more.

The four recalled children's water bottles have popular cartoon characters on a hard-sided plastic bottle. Characters and bottle colors include Dora the Explorer®, violet; Hello Kitty®, pink; SpongeBob Square Pants®, blue; and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles®, green. The bottles stand 6 inches tall, hold 15 ounces of liquid, have white lids that screw off and have fold-up straws and filters that sit inside the straw below the lid. Each bottle bears a Brita logo and features the image of a popular children's cartoon character. The removable plastic wrap on the bottle at time of purchase has the model number BB07 and the following UPC codes: 60258-35883 on the Dora the Explorer, 60258-35914 on the Hello Kitty, 60258-35880 on the SpongeBob Square Pants and 60258-35882 on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The bottle is brown with a black top and has a white label with a yellow banner at the top and a green banner at the bottom. The words "IRON," "Country Life" and "90 tablets" are printed on the label. Bar code 015794024927 and Lot Number 13A866B are printed on the far left side of the front label. Read more.

This recall includes previously recalled 16 oz. plastic water bottles that came in pink with a crackle design or blue. The bottles have flip-top lids in coordinated pink and blue colors. "H&M Sweden," www.hm.com and a date clock with the manufacture date are embossed on the bottom of the bottle. The recalled products were manufactured in June 2012. The inner circle on the date clock stamp contains the number 12 with an arrow between the two numbers. The arrow points at the number 6 in an outer circle of numbers. Read more.

The recall involves the One Handed Jar Lifter. The jar lifter is a pair of tongs designed for lifting canning jars out of boiling water. The lifter is red with white handles. It is made of plastic and metal with a nylon coating.

This recall involves Triaminic® Syrups and Theraflu Warming Relief® Syrups for coughs, colds and fevers. There are 24 types of these two products included in the recall. A complete list of products, lot numbers and National Drug Codes (NDC) can be found at www.novartisOTC.com. Lot numbers are located on the bottom panel of the box and on the left side of the label on the bottle. The NDC number is located on the upper right corner of the front panel of the Triaminic Syrups box and the upper left corner of the Theraflu Warming Relief Syrups bottle.

This recall involves a decorative spiral tea light holder made from a painted glass with a red, orange, and green floral design. The glass has a metal insert for holding tea lights. The metal insert is spiral shaped with places for three tea lights. The metal insert is placed within the glass container. SKU/UPC number 000015931955 is found on a label on the bottom of the glass. This recall only involves the following four products with the noted lot numbers: GNC Women’s Ultra Mega 28-count multivitamin bottles with lot numbers 0432AL1781 and 1283CL1781, GNC Women’s Ultra Mega Active 180-count multivitamin bottles with lot numbers 1029BL1783 and 1030BL1783, GNC Women’s Ultra Mega Energy and Metabolism 90-count multivitamin bottles with lot number 1450CL1789 and GNC Prenatal Formula with Iron 120-count multivitamin bottles with lot number 0785BL2863. The lot numbers are printed on the side of the bottle and on the bottom of the product’s packaging. The affected lots are packaged in a white plastic bottle with a white label and a flip-top cap.
