July 25, 2013 Home Depot Recalls Soleil Portable Fan Heaters Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Soleil portable fan heaters with model number LH-707. The model number is printed on the underside of the fan on a sticker. The circular table fans are white plastic and are 1500 watts. Soleil is printed on the center front of the fan. The fans have a thermostat control on the bottom left front and a power and fan speed control on the bottom right front. The fans measure about 8 inches in diameter by 8½ inches tall. Read more.


August 16, 2012 Ceiling Fans Recalled by Emerson Air Comfort Products Due to Injury Hazard

This recall involves Emerson "Corsair" model ceiling fans with two blades and 44- or 52-inch blade spans. The fans were sold in two finishes, oil-rubbed bronze and antique pewter. Read more.


June 28, 2012 Exhaust Fans Sold at Lowe's Stores Recalled Due to Fire Hazard; Made by Delta Electronics Dongguan

This recall involves plastic Harbor Breeze bathroom fans with a center light and a heater. The fans are white and measure about 11 x 17 inches. Model number 7109-01-L, Lowe's item number 194492 and UPC code 820633985358 are printed on the fan's packaging. A date code beginning with either 0, 11, 12 or 13 is printed on the fan's housing, which indicates the fan was manufactured between August 2010 and March 2011. Read more.


June 26, 2012 Servpro Recalls Notus Air Movers Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves commercial air movers/blowers used to dry flooring, walls and furniture in homes and other buildings. The air movers' green plastic housing measures about 18 inches high by 18 inches long by 18 inches deep. The air movers have a 25-foot yellow electrical cord. Read more.


June 19, 2012 Air Movers Recalled by EDIC Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves air movers/blowers that are used to dry floors in homes and other buildings. "Aqua Dri" is printed on the top of some of the air movers. Model "3004AD" or model "3004ADxxx" (with additional letters) is printed on the serial number plate on the back of the units. Model numbers with "N" are not included in this recall. February 22, 2012 Meijer Recalls Touch Point Fan Heaters Due to Fire, Shock Hazards

This recall involves Touch Point brand oscillating forced air fan heaters with model number HW-218 and date code 0811. The model number and date code are on a silver sticker on the bottom of the heater. Universal Product Code (UPC) 7-13733-30927-1 is on the bottom of the packaging. The heaters are white, 12 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 8 inches deep. They have two round control knobs and a red warning light on the top front, and a black on/off switch on the front base that controls the fan’s oscillation. The words “Touch Point” appear on the right front of the heater’s base. Read more.


March 24, 2011 Lasko Recalls Box Fans Due To Fire Hazard

This recall involves Lasko box fans with model numbers 3720, 3723, and 3733 and Galaxy box fans with model number 4733 that have date "2002-03" or "2003-04" stamped on the bottom of the metal frame. "Lasko" or "Galaxy" is printed on the front of the fan. The model number is either stamped or printed on the bottom of the fans. Read more.


February 25, 2010 Climate Control Footrests Recalled by Fellowes Due to Fire Hazard

The recalled footrests are black and made of plastic. The Fellowes brand item #80309 can be found on the serial label at the bottom side of the footrest, which can be identified by Revision or letter “A” on the label, which appears after the date code. Read more.
